Will never and repeat, never shop here again! I called them at noon and order the caliper to deliver to the store because they didnt have it in stack. A girl over the phone said that it will be here at 4pm. Nobody call me at all. At 6pm I went to the store and a guy told me that it was canceled. I asked why it was cancelled? He said because I didnt pay for it. I asked, why nobody told me that I have to pay over the phone in order to get it order? The worker didnt have answers. They deceive you and dont care about you. I could get my parts some other places if they would told me that they dont give a f... about. They will waste your time, and their products not any better or less expensive than many other places!

made me waste my time to drive down there, and would not help me!. Jeremy said "come down" and I told him I would be there in less then 5 min got there at about 1:35 he was supposed to help me out with a product then I was notified I was waiting did not want to come out and the other employee said "your probably not going to get his help today, maybe come back friday?" and I was like no. he said maybe he could look at it on his way out he never came out . wasted my gas and time to just be denied service even though I was waiting almost a half hour on him. and then when I asked the other employee for help he said "oh I know knothi ng on that"

Rarely do I 1 star. Had a 2 second transaction. Got my item and was ready to pay in under a minute. Got to the front of the line and 2 people with tills were helping people reasearch products online, and another 3 workers were either running around or restocking. Waited for 10 minutes and my daughter had wet her pants. Got so fed up, I asked "can someone ring me up?" to one persons reply "uhh were all working". 10 minutes in line and still no one to ring me up, even with 3 other people restocking. Couldnt even RESEARCH on another till and ring me up on the active one. No sense of customer service.

So AutoZone has screwed me over several times. It is not just this specific store. But recently I had a bypass hose blow on my 1985 toyota truck. I went in to get the part, they searched it up on the computer and gave me the part but the hose was a completely different size on the truck than what I was given. So I tried NAPA and had better luck finding the right hose. I would personally recommend NAPA for getting parts as they have way more options when it comes to hoses especially.

Went in here to get an air filter cleaning kit for the truck. One staff member got annoyed because she had to look up from texting on her phone to answer a question I had. The other person working - when I asked him if he would mind making sure this is the filter I need said he DID in fact mind. This is the closest auto parts store to my house but they will not receive my business again.

Same as other AutoZone, they want to help a lot but it really take them a lot of time to attend each customer, guess what if you get there and there is a line of 5 or 6 persons your estimate time there will be 30min. They have great customer service but not enough people to attend. They need even more people or a better operative system in their computers.

Waited 20+ minutes to buy coolant, was late to work because of the store.If your in a rush dont come here very bad customer service, 4 employees were in the store before I finally got checked out literally waited 20 minutes for something that took 30Seconds.

Replaced an alternator under warranty with no issues. Had a disturbing comment from the counter person. "Lasted a year and a half, not bad" I wonder what the average life span is?
