While I was at work today (06.05.2017), my wife went to your Bothell store #003, located on Maltby and Bothell/ Everett Hwy, to get a new battery for our truck. Mike, behind the counter not wanting to lift a finger for nobody, was extremely rude and very unprofessional towards my wife. My wife asked if he might help. Mike replied, "No." My wife asked if she could barrow some tools so she could do it herself. Mike replied "Yes," but heres the kicker... he sat behind his computer fidgeting. After waiting a couple of minutes, my wife had to ask again for the tools. Mike hands her two sockets "after" displaying a huge production. My wife then proceeds out to our truck and soon realizes that one socket is too big and the other socket is too small. She ambles back in your store, explains the situation and asked for something in between the two. My wife, knowing full well the response she is about to receive from Mike, and not trying to cause more discomfort towards herself, asks Mike if she could look in the tool box. Mike hands her the tool box with hesitation. After receiving the tool box from Mike and rummaging to find the tool she needs, she continues out to our truck to go about disconnecting the battery and that is when Barry, your delivery driver, pulled into the parking lot and kindly asked if he could be of any assistance (my new buddy and pal). Berry completely takes over even though my wife asked him a couple of times if it was okay, because she was willing. Berry took the battery out of the truck and into the store, brought the new battery out to the truck and finished the job like a champ (are your employees aloud to except gratuity?). Arthur rung up the cost of the battery for my wife and she was very pleased with Arthurs professional demeanor as well. While paying for the batter a customer in the store commented to Mike "So I see you are now installing batteries" to which Mike loudly said "No, that is my parts driver who is supposed to be delivering my parts and WE DONT install anything". My wife was very embarrassed and stood up for herself saying that the delivery driver offered on his own accord and kindness which is what customer service should be like. We have always gone to YOUR store for the last fifteen plus years, but all of that has come to an end thanks to Mikes poor customer service. Our four children who take their business to your store, our neighbors and our friends all love, adore and respect my wife because of her huge heart. They will soon hear, thanks to social media, and copy and paste, about the horrible and very unprofessional service my wife had to withstand from your employee Mike today. Signed... Rude lady that answers the phone.....when she actually answers... probably called here 15 or so times in the last year about parts...same lady has never been able to help me....not once! She cant find parts,she cant find shelf stocked items....Im not sure what she is going there either because I have to rung the phone for several minutes 3 to 5 times over the course if 10min just to get her to answer...and Im always hoping its not her....and of course to my major disappointment...it is almost always her! I always have to call back when some other dude is available...which he isnt because hes doing her job too.

I have been shopping around for new brakes and rotors. These guys were the only place that was able to tell me my rotor size (2 options) as other major stores wanted me to bring them in. I called and spoke with Mike and Arthur who were very helpful. They tracked down the rotors I wanted in their warehouse and carried Akebonos for my Camry! Arthur set everything aside for me so in store pick-up was super easy. Derek was also very nice! I found out that they are Corp store so thats why their prices are a bit cheaper than other Napa locations. Ill definitely be back and highly recommend them!

Part 1: Witnessed employees fighting. Went to exchange a faulty battery which was covered by warranty and the woman left me standing outside while she argued with co-workers about who would install it on my car. Part 2: Ordered in a replacement part and they never called me when it was in. Then when I went to pick it up it was the wrong item. The woman acted pissed off that the transaction had to be voided and reluctantly processed the return. I know this is a low education job but JFC...

They could have mentioned they close at 7pm when i was on the phone with them at 650pm asking about a part and stated ok i am on my way........instead i arrived at 706pm and was ignored by a guy standing on the otherside of the locked doors......thanks for wasting my time napa.

I bought a fuel additive recommended by an employee and it hurt my engine. It caused hundreds of dollars to repair, and the repair shop said the additive wasnt designed for my car. Dont trust the advice you receive here.
