Super friendly service! I gentleman working the counter saw me arrive in greeted me even though he had a phone call. Later pretended to be upsetthat a new agent became helping me and said, "I hung up on the caller in order to help her!!" Obviously he was kidding, but it made me feel welcome. Alejandro provided stellar service! I told him exactly what I wanted when it came to new brakes and he delivered to me The brakes that were originally installed on my car. I had them installed locallyright afterwards and no noise whatsoever! He also reminded me that I couldve saved 20% as a AAA member, which I will now look into, so I can get the savings in the future with Napa. #buildingloyalty

Always had good luck until today. Got reemed out for a half an hour over a stupid battery, by the owner. Turns out that I had returned a battery 1. because the old Napa battery was not starting the van in the morning. 2. I still had a warrantee on the old one I bought there. They sold me a new one while the old one had the wrong cranking amps 3 years ago, and then it turns out that the new one I bought and got replaced again was the right one. The owner of Napa mide as well blamed me for everything while it was them that made all the mistakes. It was not worth the $58.00 of aggravation. OMG

I have been buying parts from Napa for years. I have never received the wrong part and the parts that Napa sells are the best. I usually buy parts for basic tune-up/belts change /oil changes. I will never buy any oil filter other than the Napa/Wix product ( they are the best). There is rarely a wait and if there is, it is short. The counter staff is knowable and can suggest the appropriate part or alternative. If they dont have the part they will order it and often have it with in hours or next am. 5 stars for sure.

Expensive compared to the other chain auto stores. I usually head here when I want higher quality parts or need better customer service, but recently its been getting worse and worse. Today they even recommend that I go to oreilies when I asked about purchasing or borrowing a tool... I suspect Im done with this store.

Very good customer service. When other stores would give up and just say that a part is not available, these guys dont give up. In fact, they have always found the part or tool that I was looking for, or come up with a reasonable substitute and amazingly it has almost always been in stock.

This is as good as a NAPA gets. NAPA has great product but usually very poor service (San Francisco locations). This NAPA has good service; sometimes you dont get the right person right away but you will if you hang in there.
