I received the wrong parts...twice. I waited half the day and the wrong part was ordered. They dont even have the part I need available for order so I wasted half my day waiting just to not have the part. So I asked if they had a tool that would help with my specific problem and was sold a tool which ended up being for the wrong thing. Im working the rear and everything they kept giving me was for the front. They even asked both times if it was for the front or rear. I have now been without my vehicle all weekend and am scrambling to get it put back together before I have to work tomorrow. I will never go to this store again.

Very bad service here. Stopped by this Car Quest to ask about a parts and service manual for my Chevy Malibu. Had to wait for an employee to finish a personal call, then I was brushed off and, after asking again, handed a manual for trucks. When I pointed out that it was for mid-size trucks, the employees ignored me with their backs turned to have a conversation with each other. I went down the street to Oreillys and not only found my manual, but received excellent help from the staff there. Avoid this branch.
