We have gone to Auto Zone since they have opened and every time their employees have always been so helpful and knowledgeable. Put today I feel compelled to write a review. We had a power outage and so charged my phone for to long in my car. When went to start it it was dead so gave it a jump and went to buy a new battery. After looking at the good condition, the months left on the warranty Perry suggested testing it. The test came out perfect. We didnt purchase our battery there originally either. Perry your honest is greatly appreciated. Thank you for choosing honesty over a sale. Auto Zone is very fortunate to have you Perry Thanks so much!

I went there just to borrow a OBD II scanner for my 2002 Lexus, however not only did Chris provide the device, he also actually did the test. Then he assisted me with any other questions and mentioned they would loan me the tool to take off the OS2 sensor unit. And their other employee, Mike, another great guy, was showing me exactly where this unit is located on my car and what is needed to install it. Both Chris and Mike were very informative and helpful....definitely would recommend going here for all your auto parts!

This store not only has excellent service but they truly are members of this community. When a good friend of my kids passed away, AutoZone allowed a group of kids to hold a carwash in their parking lot to raise money to help the family with the expenses. A lot of companies say that they help the local community but this store actually lives up to this commitment. Thank you Auto Zone!

This store and the store in the south hill only offered me a part that wasnt in stock and twice the price then the one that they had in store. I checked their parts online and saw they had the part I was looking for and it was half the price of their horrible duralast brand AND they had it in store that day! Check for parts online before calling.
