Absolutely amazing!! We are so incredibly grateful for the manager and his team. We had broken down two miles away and explaining our situation the manager knew right away the issue, alternator going bad. He was willing to drive to us and was trying to figure out how to help! We were able to get road side assistance to jump start us and we made it! We were hauling a horse with our 4 month old son when our alternator decided to die. Extremely scary situation for us, because of the horse we couldnt get towed and didnt have anyone that could help. Pepboys ordered the part in 6 minutes and had us back on the road within the hour!! Absolutely amazing! Our infant even enjoyed watching them unload the tires from a semi truck. We had called TWOford dealers for help near these guys and they didnt care and told us to wait a week, even possibly two! What!? PepBoys thank you so much, our truck runs great and I am so incredibly thankful for you knowledge, generosity and your team is amazing. Thank you, thank you!

I took my van in for an alignment on a Sunday. The guys at pepboys called me a few hours later to tell me about a problem preventing them from accurately providing the service and I was advised to swap out one part so I gave them the go-ahead. I picked up the van and immediately noticed the wheel tugging in one direction, but I didnt feel like complaining so i decided to bring the van back a few days later to complain which I did. They then told me wheel bearings needed replacing and that that was the problem. Why couldnt they tell me this sooner? I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I took care of the wheel bearing problem myself and it didnt solve anything. A few months go by and I notice some major wear on one of my tires (the tugging continued). I did a little bit of research, aligned the wheel myself and now it drives straight...but now I feel like complaining. I blame myself for trusting them but I blame them for not providing the service I requested.

Took my SUV in cause it was overheating. They switched out a pipe that had a hole in it and was leaking out coolant. I got it back and immediately noticed the vehicle was shaking. They told me to bring it back in to have it checked. I later received a call and was told that I blew my head gaskets. Cost to have it fixed: $3500+. I had a relative come over and thankfully he found the cause of the shaking. The "pep boys" unplugged one of my fuel injector cables and "NEGLECTED" to securely plug it back in. As soon as the cable was plugged back in, I was driving smoothly again. The "PEP BOYS" almost got me for something unrelated to the shaking. Nice try but take your diagnostics and shove it! Dont trust the cheating boys at "PEP BOYS"!

Initially ordered tires online and they were the wrong size. Pep Boys in Auburn, WA were awesome and took my wrong size returns in on return and provide me with the right size tires for my other car. Jason was very professional, understanding as well as caring. While waiting for Jason to retrieve the tires from storage I was able to speak with Derinn (yeah, love the two Ns - that is not a typo) about other car/automotive issues. Summarily, I witnessed their expert and continued care to three other customers (re; oil changes, tires, mechanical issue with thier vehicles). Excellent folks who know their stuff!

idk if he works there or not but the manager of the big o tires at that location is a terrorist!!! Brian, he removed all the new parts of my 1990 ford mustang lx to put on his 89 mustang. $11,000.00 dollars worth of new parts. Dont let him work on cars, cause he likes to steal peoples mustang parts to fix his own mustang, and he had help from his chubby dirty blonde guy!! Charged me 3200.00 for replace broken torque converter and storage fees.

I went here to get my spark plugs changed on one occasion, and on another I got my back brakes done. Both times the people were very courteous and helpful. The person who did my brakes gave me a discount. Thank you! It was one of those things. I understand that you were doing your job, but I really didnt have a lot of money to get my brakes replaced. I will definitely go here again for my front brakes and when I need new tires.

these guys are the best. Ive come twice in a week for tire repairs (i drive uber all day and they were separate tires needing repair) and they were professional, quick and efficient to get me back on the road. thank you pep boys! i will always come here for my car maintenance and repair!

Polite staff but did not have the item that I needed
