Came in on New Years Eve. Didnt know the store was closing early at 8:00 p.m. Came right at closing with a long list of items and hard to find ones at that. The two young men were accomodating, nice, friendly and never said a word about it being after hours. I spent $130 bucks which shows how much stuff I had purchased. From dome lights, to sand paper and paint they were all over the store helping me find my items and I did not feel rushed. It was not until after I walked out, looked at the sign stating they were closing early for the holiday. Kudos to both of them. Someone stated shop around for prices. Go ahead if you dont mind wasting gas and time. Autozone will price match any competitor for those who didnt know. My only recommendation for AutoZone. Please carry 3M sandpaper. Its the best money can buy and the kind you sell isnt near the quality I needed. I did have to buy more elsewhere because the kind sold there isnt the strength as 3M even with the same grit! But you had everything I needed!

Worst Autozone with braindead employees, and a stupid blond that has a garbage attitude and has no clue half the time what she is saying. I purchased a transmission filter and gasket kit and did not pay attention to the box, that it had been previously open or possibly even returned.... MOST likely 100%, there were 2 options when I made the purchase, shallow pan or deep pan, I have the shallow one, but some moron returned the garbage with the opposite in the package. I was doing this on my only time off of work and it got late so it was in the middle of the night and found out after I got everything ready to install and had the pan with the gasket slathered with High Tack Gasket Sealer when I found out. Moral of this story, DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM AUTOZONE THAT IS IN A PREVIOUSLY OPEN OR UNSEALED BOX. I have ran into this over a dozen times over the years.

Asked for help from the manager and he seemed irritated with the request. Near the end of the interaction he was downright short with me. Ive been taking my business elsewhere since. A duralast torque wrench broke on me so I returned here to swap it out and was treated poorly and rudely within a minute of being in the store. This was their chance to win back my business and they lost it before I could complete one transaction. Poor service and rude staff.

Stopped in for a headlight replacement. When the bulb didnt work, the employee swapped out for a different one. Turns out the one we purchased contained the wrong size bulb in the package of the size we needed. He gave us the correct bulb, made sure it worked, and took the wrong bulb back in to return.

They diagnosed by car for free! The mechanics in the area wanted between $89 to $130 bucks to do a simple diagnose. I ended up buying the tester at AutoZone for future use. Great people to work with...Thank you...
