Walking into the store I am told to "please hold a minute, for some reason I just got a head ache" as she continues to boss another employee around while downing medicine behind the counter. Tami signaled to me and I told her that I was returning a part from the automotive store that I work at and I was sent to collect the credit for the store as well. She took the part and did some computer work while continuing her goodbye with the employee that was ending his shift. She took a look at the computer and took the part out of the box, twisting it and turning it with a disgusted expression on her face, holding it up to the light to get a better look at it. Looked at the computer and the part and paused as if she was about to ask/say something to me about it. She put it back in the box and rubbed her fingers together with the same disgusted facial expression (we work in a shop, it is an O2 sensor that we had attempted to put on a vehicle when we learned that we were given the wrong part. Of course it is going to be a tad bit dirty). Tami set it on the counter and took a deep breath, rolled her eyes a bit and continued with the clicking on the computer. She printed the paper out for me and split it in half, handing me my copy and said "Here you go," in a slightly rude voice. To my knowledge I have dont nothing at all but told you what I was there for, there is no reason for you to be upset with the fact that Im asking you to do your job near 5pm. Each company is slightly different with their credits back to the store, so as far as I knew (this being the first time I have ever returned a part to NAPA) there may have been a check involved or cash or maybe even just that piece of paper but I didnt know. So I asked, "Would I be able to obtain proof of the credit?" as she pointed to the bottom of the paper "THAT. THAT right THERE is your credit." Granted yes, it says credit with the total at the bottom, the last thing I wanted to do is return to my job empty handed and have to turn around and get it. We both have jobs to do, Tami. Both of our time is equally valuable. Immediately I said "Woah woah woah." as she continued to talk over me "Here, at the bottom, it says credit...? Thats your credit." I said "Yeah.. Got cha." and took the paper and walked out. There is no need to be rude. This is not the first time that my place of business has had a run in with Tami and not a one of us appreciate the attitude that we have all been met with each time we need to discuss things with her.

everytime I call here, the woman who usually answers and works at the front desk, ALWAYS does a rock star job, I work in the parts business myself and ill tell you what, she is the best parts person Ive ever had the pleasure of speaking with, if youre reading this review just know these guys will take great care of you 11/10 service, no one better, trust me Ive dealt with a lot of idiots out there, this place is no oriellys "parts masters", they are quick and professional I recommend everyone to this place if my store doesnt have what they need, or the price they need it at.

They have great phone manners and were very patient with me when I didnt know the answers to their specific questions about my car. Ended up giving me the advice I needed to get the job done, and the best price in town on the part I needed too. I drive past two schucks to get to this Napa for what I need.
