Two weeks ago, I had major car trouble, My car stalled on the Richmond bridge, and Im afraid of heights; but anyways. I was having a bad week, and when I picked-up my car from the shop, I saw smoke and feared something was burning. I didnt know where to go, I just came from the shop and paid $$$, so I drove to "Auto Zone" because I was in the area. I dragged myself in the store and an employee, Joel, came to my rescue. He told his leader he was going to help me, and he did. He came and looked at my car, checked the fluids, found why the car was burning oil, grabbed everything that I needed to buy, came back out and topped-off all the low liquids. Its amazing to me that there is still this great customer service that I thought was extinct. Thank you Joel for going above and beyond, and I needed that, especially that week, after utter chaos. Give that man a raise!

Ive got a van that requires a special caliper to separate the brake pads. Autozone lets you borrow this tool and other tools by just putting down a deposit which you get back promptly once you return the tool. Usually the service is good here but when theres more than three people needing help it can take a long time because theres usually only one guy that you can ask. So come early or already know what you need.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service!!! They ordered the wrong part not once, but twice!! Not so much as a Im sorry for the inconvenience! Nothing!!! The people who work at this location are very unfriendly and act like they dont give a s..t about anything!!! Do not shop here!!!

This is my go to store. Great customer service with really freindly employees who always seem to have my parts no matter how obscure. They really try to make sure you get exactly what they need. Im always in and out and on my way making good time too! Great Store

The staff in Pinole have always been grate to me. I have tested their talents many times. I had a strange sized front belt that other parts houses gave up on, not these guys. they took the time and effort to solve my problem. thank you to the entire staff.

Convenient but for most of their accessories and car washing stuff, head over to Target and Walmart. Was looking at picking up so wheel cleaners and it was 2x more than Walmart. Their Meguiars wax polisher was $55.00 when Amazon was selling it for $33.00.
