Pretty typical AutoZone. Normal selection/variety of things, always seems well stocked. Staff are helpful, whether finding parts or trying to figure out an order status. The computer system at this location seems to have issues sometimes as there have been problems pulling up order details depending on which method was used by staff to find it. In the end they work to get you the best outcome and be satisfied, though.

Disappointing. I asked for bulbs for a tail light and they told me they dont carry the bulbs and they are specialty order. I have a Prius, seriously? Long of the short they referred me all the way down to Redwood City. Those folks sold me the bulbs and said these guys are lazy. Im no longer bringing my business here

The agent I worked with didnt seem very knowledgeable about how to mount a license plate to a car. Not that Id expect everyone to know everything, but I feel something that basic they should at least have a little bit of knowledge on.
