I needed a high pressure hose, and on the way to the store we misplaced it, and we thought the whole trip was gonna be a waste of time, and we had to go all the way back home to get another piece. Determined to figure it out, I thought maybe I could see all the different hoses and some how remember which one we needed by memory... So, after telling our situation to the employee at AutoZone, he allowed me to follow him, to the back of the store to see if I could remember which one it was. (Probably not the case on all occasions.. ) It was a tough call I might add, (their were several different kinds of hoses that look very similar) definitely a lot more than I had planned on! Luckily, I did pick the correct hose, and I was able to get the job done thanks to AutoZone and their awesome customer service!

Granted, i love that they charge car batteries for free; i was in earlier today and a rude cashier waved me away informing me that their machine was out for repairs...i inquired as to a possible return date and she gave me an annoyed look before storming off to find her manager. When she returned she snappily announced that she didnt know when it would be in service again and i need to go try fruitvale. Thing is, i had arrived dripping sweat after walking a mile and a half with two dead batteries on a dolly, i doubt she thought i would actually go to fruitvale and the whole experience felt really condescending.

The two stars that I gave is because this AutoZone is centrally located near both freeways, but this place is a Fing joke. Their stock constantly looks like theyre going out of business or recently had a product recall on EVERYTHING! Its almost comical how horrible the customer service is in conjunction with the lack of product availability. There have been numerous times that Ive walked in for something and left without it because the shelves were practically empty.

Came in for new windshield wiper blades, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I went home to install but was confused by the extra connectors provided in the packaging ( I didnt realize that I wouldnt need to install a connector - my 4runner was compatible with the exiting connector). I returned to the store with my car to ask for some guidance and they helped me understand the mechanism very quickly! Thank you AutoZone on 27th for the great service!

Consistently amazing how this place manages to NEVER have the things I need, even basic air filters or automotive chemicals. Literally years of disappointment. Also always the longest wait time at the counter, so it takes 45 minutes to not get the things you need. Upside: the staff has always been super helpful and friendly. Props to them. Wish I could leave THEM a good review.

The "Loads" of disgusting trash out this place of "So Called" Business Establishment is deplorable. I wont get into the service inside the store. PS: look how many reviews Ive spent the time to write; NOT MANY. I dont believe in spending time crying about medial things. I would strongly advise you not to go. Your decision. Plenty of Lower Priced competitors nearby

Called them and they put you on hold 4 like an hr.. Between the wait, I only talked 2 people while waiting and they both put me on hold. I went by the store my damn self and I see why they just put you on hold.. Most of the associates dont know wtf theyre or talking about.. Goofing around and very unprofessional weak ass bitches who should be working at Mcdonalds instead..

Extremely grateful for all the help i received from Eric. I am the typical girl that knows NOTHING about cars and he was very patient and detailed when explaining things. I never felt so comfortable and confident walking out of an auto shop. Overall, great service and everyone that works here is super friendly and respectful. Thank you,Eric!! Definitely recommend!!!!

After my k&n filter of five years starting showing white pleats of continuous recharged. I can here on a whim thinking a shop like this wont carry it, not a high performance shop. Clerk pulls out catalog show me my filter and help me order it. Three days later picking it up installed it right out of box in their lot. Happy purring engine has new life.

Everyone who works here is clearly overwhelmed but happy to provide good service. I wish they would get more staff here. The parking lot is sketchy and they have a security guard here because I guess they need it? Dont expect to get out of here quickly no matter what youre trying to buy or do.

Very friendly employees. They processed my return quickly. By the time I was ready to check out, there was a line of people, but they helped everybody quickly and with a good attitude. Their parking lot is also a good spot to do quick DIY things like an oil or air filter change.

Good place. Lots of parking. Fence around parking! Trust me that you like the fence around the parking... it wont stop bullets and could use some barbed wire on top, but its a good fence. Good staff, know theit stuff. Nice security guards with 9mms. Trust me you like them too.

There is only one person in the entire store who knows what is going on. That is Walter behind the Commercial Counter. When I was trying to get a part for a Mustang, the clerk asked me if a Mustang is a Ford or a Chevy. This is NOT the place to go if you are in a hurry.

The atmosphere here can be nice, however it was busy when we went, and after a few customers complained about 2 lines one to pay cash and the other to pay with a card, the workers including the manager gave some snarky comments back to the customers. It was awful.

Eric and Fernando are awesome! Eric went above and beyond average customer service. Even though it was 8:30 p.m. he installed my battery and made sure I was able to get home safely. I dont go to auto parts stores but this is the only one I will shop at now.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bit of a long line when I went around 6:30pm on a weekday. Awesome that theyll install battery for free when you buy one from them, but a little annoying they wont install after 6pm (even though theyre open til 9).

I visited this place on Sunday when most of the shops are closed. the neighbourhood look little shady. It relatively small place but I was able to find my stuff. The staff was friendly and provided good and helpful suggestions

They sold me the wrong car battery - needless to say, I found out too late. I returned to the store with the battery and the manager was very apologetic - he even gave me a ride to my car, which was nice of him.

They need to get more staff/cashiers. I see more people leaving products and walking out when busy, sometimes takes over a half hour to pay for something simple because of the line.
