I am appalled at the service my customer and myself received at this location. He is a one store owner and does not believe in customer service. I run a national company and hold a national account with Napa. I can tell you I wont be ordering parts from Napa until corporate handles this owner. My customer purchased a battery from them and after installing it the customer came to my store and it had boil acid all over under his hood. We then refilled it charged it and tested it and it tested with a bad cell. The batter was then replaced and the vehicle has no issue. I returned the battery to my customer so he could recoop some of his costs on the repair and Clifton I think was the fella that helped him initially basically told him to pound sand. He then contacted me and that same courtesy was extended to me. I then was transferred to the owner who was adamant about informing me that if he doesnt get money back then his customer doesnt get money back. For one, in business you dont talk about whos getting money from where. You simply take care of your customers. I would not recommend this Napa to anyone and I would question Napas practice on warranties when they have locations out there that bear their name and dont honor their warranties and take care of their customers.

The staff when I needed to return a tool was short tempered and bordering on the cusp of flat out rude. They dont have their policies printed on the back of their invoices like the front states. When asked to assist in figuring out the size of a nut they couldnt have been less helpful. They have lost a customer for the rest of my life.
