Absoultey horrible service... we came in on saturday to test drive a pick up, decided we liked the vehicle, "Signed" a purchase agreement stating they were going to sell us the vehicle at said agreed price and we were going to buy the vehicle for said price.... They said they faxed the info over to our financial institution on Saturday and that was that... we came in Monday mid day to talk to them about the truck, and they informed us the truck had already been sold... We received no phone call stating stating they were going to sell the truck or give us a chance to go to the bank and put a cash deposit down... Absolute BS sales move... no respect for us and our interest in the purchase.. Will never be going back and would never recommend this used car lot to anyone...

The experience was wonderful. After having a horrible experience at another dealership I was skeptical about going here. To my surprise the customer service was great, Dontez, the Rep who helped me, was very attentive and reassuring throughout the entire process. The only thing that was a downer was the time spent in the office. It took quite a while to get the deal with the finance company(due to lack of sufficient credit history) and to get my paperwork signed, but the end result was well worth it. I gave a small down payment and a vehicle trade in and I left with a 2014 Chevy with low miles and a great warranty! I love supporting black businesses and receiving excellent customer service and Big Three Auto Sales got the job done! I will be buying with them again!

I love big 3! I purchased a 2001 ford focus from them back in 2007. I have never had any major issues with it and any minor ones where just do to the age of the vehicle. The salesman, Rapheal was friendly and easy to work with, and he gave my father and I a great deal. I live in Lansing and have decided to buy my next vehicle (2007 chevy equinox) from them as well. They have been very helpful in making the process easy considering that I live long distance. They worked out a great deal with me on the new car as well. I would recommend big 3 to anyone looking for great service, a reliable vehicle and a good deal!

I bought a car from them that was garbage this car has had mechanical problems ever since I bought it from them and I bought it from them about four or five months ago and have been having problem after problem theyre 30 thousand mile warranty is also garbage because it covers only certain parts of the car in the parts that usually go bad out of ones that are not covered do not buy a car from up there they will be the worst mistake you have ever made....and it will b the biggest mistake u will ever make

I bought my vehicle from here and they were great. No schemes or gimmicks. They provide excellent customer service before and after the sales. If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go. They have a program call the "everybody rides" program and its exactly what it is. You have income you have a ride. Go ask for Ms. Johnson shes an excellent sales person who really cares about getting u in the right vehicle. The atmosphere is great and I would recommend you to go here and let them help you

Very respectful and theres also no problems with my car after i purchased it like other dealerships i been too especially Auto Outlet on W.Eightmile in Detroit rude especially the fat 1 rude and sneaky looking also smoke cigarettes inside the office how ghetto My experience at Big 3 Auto was wonderful And i see why their well known and its right "everyone drives" It might be a few hours but if you have everything you need their gonna work with you not against you!! I purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry recently and it broke after 2 months.When I took the car to shop, transmission has gone bad and needed replacement!! these guys are rip off.. As per mechanic they swapped the parts before the car was sold.Beware off purchasing a used car from these guys..
