We went in last weekend to get shoes for our three children. They were very understaffed but this alone would not be a deal-breaker. Oddly, the sales associate tried to measure all three of my kids feet with them sitting down. He was very unconcerned each time when I had them stand up to get an accurate size. In addition, they had a very small selection of childrens shoes in stock and our first several choices for each child was not in stock in their size. The associate did not offer to order the shoes we wanted in their size. The kicker was that the associate brought out Star Wars and Cars shoes for our 3 year old as alternatives to the shoes that werent in stock. We gave no indication that we were interested in shoes with characters on them but the associate was hoping that the shoes would appeal to our son and that our son would convince us to buy them. The shoes he brought out were not similar in any way to the shoes wed picked for our son aside from the fact that they all would go on his feet. We will not be back.

We were looking for a new place for kids shoes after Stride Rite closed. Luckys has filled that need. They size my kids feet, offer a reasonable selection (no lights, no characters, with or without laces) and have quality shoes. Weve been here twice now with great experiences.

I cant say enough good things about this place. The staff is very helpful and remembered me when I came in again. They have a good variety of brands and styles of shoes. They also have an excellent selection of kids shoes. This is my go-to store for all of my familys shoes.
