So the store it self is not bad at all in regards to location, cleanliness, or even store setup. However, I give it one star due to the fact that the customer service is terrible. I walked in the store and was greeted by no one. I kind of shrugged it off because I saw two woman in the back of the store stocking. I continued to look around and even grabbed some shoes I wanted to try on. I walked towards the back of the store just to see what else they had. I happened to walk past one of the ladies working in the store and at no point did she stop her conversation with the other employee to say "hi" "hello" "did I need help with anything".. Nothing of the customer service nature. So I kindly put down the shoes I thought I wanted and gladly exited the store.

Theres this one older black lady with glasses who works in the store in the morning that ruined my shopping experience. She acted like me being in the store was a problem for her & I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was there. My cashier (a very pleasant younger black woman) was nice tho. But because of the older black lady working there I wont be returning to the store. Ill just go to the one in Canal.

I love buying shoes here however I will never go back again unless they hire new staff. I was given dirty looks by the cashier, she was EXTREMELY rude. The other ones were using their phone while pretending to fix shoes in the aisles instead of helping customers. One of the worst places Ive ever been to.
