I went into the store to get birthday presents for my girlfriends. I loved it they have such great service and i went home with plenty of goodies Everyone is so nice and super helpful. They made great suggestions and my girlfriends loved the gifts. There was a sale that was so great i even got a few things for my self. Love Love Love the Store. I have been there so many times and always have great luck finding things.I actually only go to the mall for this store because i can get in and out so fast. Corrina the manger even recognized me and said hello. Love Love Love it. Keep up the good work you guys. Cant wait for Christmas

I dont write reviews, this would be my first! I just want to say that I HATE the customer service in this store. I went in Sunday, September 15, 2013 looking to purchase a new purse and wallet. So, I went in with my sister, her boyfriend & my daughter. And wasnt pursued by any of the employees!! (Like 10 or so in the floor) What kind of customer service is that! So then I grabbed the purse & wallet and went to the register. Then the two cashiers were chatting it off like I was invisible. Like really! I would NEVER be purchasing at this store ever again!

To be honest, the stuff they sell is very well worth the value paid. Store associates are also very helpful, as it seems like they are being commissioned for the number of transactions they service (they will give you their names and the cashier will ask for it). Even the clearance bags are of good leather quality, and at an extremely good price. Highly recommended!

Horrible horrible horrible! I never write reviews, however this is well deserved. ... They closes at 7pm I get there 7:50pm they wouldnt allow me in cause they were closing mind you there website states they close at 7pm.... I drove from stockton what I waste of time
