I dislike coming to this Michael Kors store. I realized the people who work here have really poor customer service and are bunch of snobs. I never have this kind of experience going into a well know brand name stores. I am a big time Michael Kors fan and I love their products, but coming to this store really makes me think otherwise. I came one day after work to check out a watch that I have been eyeing for a while. I walked into the store with my work clothes and an old purse I carry to work. NO ONE greeted me. I didnt think much of it and walked straight to the glass box where they locked the watches and I practically stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come help me. Soon after, some ladies walked in each carrying a Michael Kors bag and the 3 ladies who were working there ran up to them and greeted them and ask if they needed help right away. I was still standing by the watches and not even one person help me out. I was being very patient so I shrugged it off and started roaming around the store until they are done taking care of the customers. After 5 minutes later I went back to the watches and stood there for another 5 minutes. I looked up and saw the 3 ladies were just at that register laughing at each others joke and telling stories. I looked around and there was literally no one in the store except me now! I was looking at the workers to see if they even noticed me standing there or more if they even noticed if I was even in the store. Not even one glanced my way. By this time I was already very angry and impatient!!! I yelled out "EXCUSE ME!" I finally got their attention and I believe the supervisor ran right up to me and asked what I needed help with. I just told her that she should be paying more attention to the customers and that I dont need help anymore, the customer services are horrible here and will go elsewhere. Not sure if anyone ever encountered something like this but just because I wasn’t wearing what a rich person would wear doesn’t mean I should be avoided! I never went back.

Purchased a MK handbag/purse and the workmanship was awful. In just 9 months the thread is coming apart on the outside of the purse and the MK medallion fell apart. When I called customer service, they said I would need the receipt for the purse. I did not realize that I needed to keep it. I figured that a purchase of that amount would be of great workmanship and if any problems arose, customer service would surely take care of it. NOT SO! Ive purchased Dooney & Burk, Coach and Burberry handbags and have NEVER had this happen. I will not be a loyal customer of Michael Kors ever again. Please, buyer be aware that if you purchase Michael Kors products, the quality is not guaranteed, JUST VERY OVER PRICED! Not worth your money!

I got bag from arden mall store and paid 430$ from my debit card after 2 weeks i went their for exchange But i got shocked when manager said to me that She dont have any record for my purchase..and manger gave me suggestion to gift someone else or stay outside the mall and sell to someone in this way you will get some money. But i am not gonna take this bag back nor give you refund or exchange She is totally sucks

Had a bad experience. They stereotype you and have bad customer service. Love the purses but not the staff. Honestly I was treated far better at the coach store and I dont even like coach purses. MK really needs to step it up on their customer service
