No customer service. My daughter gave me a nice Fossil watch for Christmas. The watch band is tight and needs a link added. We went to the Roseville Galleria store where it was purchased. They said contact customer service. We did and so far no links (2/20/2017). If something is wrong or broken with a watch, the store will do nothing. Contacting customer service is a waste of time.

Everyone here is just so amazing and friendly, Ive gotten to know everyone over the years Ive frequented here, and really they have the most outstanding customer service!! I love how theyll help find whatever you need and wont pressure you into buying anything if you dont want to. I love the selection and variety of everything, its just wonderful.
