Even though more people visited this MK shop more than the other high end stores, I must agree with other reviewers regarding the staff here. I was shopping for a small bag and was glad when Stephanie (employee making rounds in the store) helped me make a decision on color and size. At first, I liked her attitude and helpfulness, but as soon as I reached the cashier, she became a bit harsh when I rejected her suggestions to add a wallet to my purchase. I didnt appreciate the sudden change in attitude. Furthermore, the cashier paid more attention to gossip than ringing up my purchase. Im not sure why the overall atmosphere at this place doesnt match the brand theyre selling. I think Id rather visit the MK store in SF than this one in Milpitas.

I love they remodeling the store got more options and its really nice. I would said its excellent for environment but okay for the staffs especially cashiers attitude! I will consider next time for purchasing from this store.

Manager refused to SALE one more paper bag thought i purchased 3 bags. Was told Milpitas city ordinance only allow one paper bag per party (BS). Very Rude!!! The Clark store few stores down had no prob providing 2 bags.

Really crappy staff and extremely small stock. The store feels so cheap inside you cant explain it. Staff also gets pissed about photos.
