I was shopping with my daughter. She decided she didnt want a dress after all. We put it back and was followed out. The sales associate accused me of stealing the dress and ask me to see my little purse to see if I had it. I felt so insulted and couldnt believe she honestly thought I would try to stuff a dress in my little purse. I would never go back to Elk Grove Charming Charlie. If they are so worried about people stealing hire a professional security guard. They only receive one star because that was the only way I could post this reveiw

Today was my first time going into the store and I regret it..I want everything! I love how everything is organized by color. The staff were friendly and I appreciated the music being played. The only downfall is that I just discovered this store today but I guess thats not the stores fault. I will definatly be going back again for more jewelry!

Friendly staff, amazing selection of unique items, especially jewelry, organized by color. Always have to hold myself not to overspend, as everything is beautiful. Lots of coupons and promotions to help with that!

Worst customer service. Bought a watch there and they didnt size it up to my size. And when i asked for the kit they told me to buy a more expensive watch in order for me to get a kit. Never going here again
