I went to this store to change batteries for 3 of my Fossil watches which is $10/watch. There was this totally inexperienced guy who told it would cost $45 to fix a missing connecting pin in a Mens watch. He took all 3 watches, a lot of time, so much hammering and silently returned us the watches back and started billing. Only then did I notice that one of the watches was broken. All the metallic numbers and bars had fallen inside the casing itself. When questioned he said it was like that already and it would cost $45 to repair that. After escalating a lady manager pitched in and got the watch to be sent to main store for repair without charges. They said it will take 3 to 4 weeks to get it done. This Fossil store has less collections and more pricey options for an outlet store. And with such unreliable employees I would never visit the store again.

People working here doesnt know how to respect customers, we arrived 10min before closing time and when asked for a trial the representative looked at his watch and gave a rude response, he should have just said that its closing time rather than being rude. Better learn how to treat customers. Its ok to say no to trail at closing time but its not ok to be rude.
