Terrible experience. While shopping, employees were on their cell phone. I usually do not shop at Zummies, thus, I browsed the store and walked around. I found a shirt that I was interested in but decided to leave it. On my way out, employee asked were I had put the shirt. I did not remember, then employee asked for me to open my purse. At this point I knew I was being accused of stealing. Knowing I had done nothing wrong I did so as well as my sister. We came out clean. Employee was very rude and continued being rude even after coming out clean and did not care one bit. I will NOT be returning. Unacceptable!

I hate this shoe store. Not only is everything over priced, but the customer service is terrible. The employees are rude and arent really looking out for your best interest. If youre looking for cute name brand shoes, go to vans or Heel and Sole. Dont waste your time here. I dont recomend.

The guys were real helpful when I purchased a Nixon watch. Later that day I decided to exchange what I got for another one that wasnt as "blingy" and that wasnt an issue. It was a quick in an out process. The watch price was full retail kinda pricey but worth it, with warranty.
