Bought 4 brand new tires 2 years ago. After noticing terrible gas mileage, I checked the air pressure. All 4 were over inflated. The rear tires were 48 and 44. The front were 38 and 42. My car calls for 30 in front, and 33 in the rear. A year ago, I went back to this location to have 1 rear tire replaced. They told me they could not replace just one tire, they had to replace both rear tires because they both needed replacement. When I declined both and requested only I be replaced, they said by law, they cannot do that, because I would be left with 1 bad tire still and it is unsafe. So they let me drive down the road to Sears on 2 "bad, unsafe tires" to have the one replaced I wanted. I will not be back to this location.

I scheduled an appointment online 6 days in advance to get 4 new tires installed at $82.00 each. When I arrived at the store I was told there were only 3 tires in stock and the price was $99 each. I was then pitched a "deal" for different tires that would cost me $260.00 more than what I scheduled an appointment for. I then said I would take my business elsewhere and got a measly "Sorry" as I walked out. A lack of integrity and value for customers will keep me from doing business here again.

Very slow service, went for a simple flat tire fix. Walk in the store and the uncourteous attendant took a long time just to even pay attention to me. Observed lots Lack of Customer service with all employees. I waited about 10mns just to find out that it was going to take more than a hour to fix a flat. Left and went to BillDay tire and they had the best service and very prompt. Took about 5 minutes to fix the tire. Discount tires dont care about the customer just there payday.

Just a wonderful experience! Went it with a screw in a tire and needing two new tires and they got me in and out in about 15-20 minutes with no charge for fixing the flat. Great service! Super nice folks! Id used Firestone for about 25 years prior to going to Discount Tire and was tired of waiting 3-5 hours for them to fix a flat I had road hazard on with them. Ive found my new tire place and this is it.

I came in with a flat and explained that I was about to ship out to the Air Force and needed reliable tires because my car would be stored for several months. Not only did they not change the damaged tire, they patched it, which means they deliberately chose not to change my tire. If you have any respect for our men and women in uniform, boycott these assholes.

Went in get a full set of tires for my work truck. The guy who helped me was Nick, he told me its best to make an appointment, so I did. Came in for appointment, they took the truck and 30 mins later I was done. I have waited for hours at tire places and I have delt with many bad attitudes. Nick was great and made me feel important.

These guys in Tyler made my visit quick and easy for my car last month, and despite a small hiccup this month with a family members vehicle, Jeffrey jumped on the issue, called me personally and took care of us in top notch fashion. Great service with a smile. Visiting my family and I noticed my mothers tire was low. I made my way to Discount Tire and present her original paperwork. Her tire was damaged beyond repair, the staff r & r the tire within a hour and I was able to enjoy the rest of my visit. Thanks guys, you made me a customer for life!!!

They will nickle and dime you for EVERY penny you have. HUGE rip off. Went in for a new set of tires and they told me all 4 of my rims were bent. They were nice enough to take all 4 off and show me but then when I agreed to buy new wheels from them, they didnt tell me of all the hidden cost.

Good Store !My family installed tires at Discount Tire Co store in LongView 3 years ago .The car got flat tire in Tyler so I brought it to them to fix .Guess what : they ve done good and inspection all for Free .Recommended place for all .Victor

Went for a free tire rotation since I purchased all my tire from Discount tires. Welcomed within a minute, told that it would take about 30 mins to perform all the work. And finally, I received the key in 20 mins. So fast and perfect.

Replaced 6 tires on Saturday. Checked air pressure this morning while tires are cold. Front off 10lbs, back off 8lbs. Slow down get the tire pressure correct.

Customer service was good the only reason they do not get 5 stars is because they over inflated my tires +7 psi. That was on cold tires too.
