I tried to send this feedback directly to the shop via email and via the Contact Us site on the website. I never got a reply to my email and the online submittal doesnt work. I chose Carney over Carithers (who I have used many times in the past and do like) because I was really drawn to the unique arrangements and because your pricing was better. I placed the order on Wednesday 5/31 at 1:55pm and the website informed me I would have delivery that day. I was excited about that as I thought I might have missed the cutoff for same day. I never heard from my friend that day nor early the next morning. I then called and spoke to someone there who said she had noticed it wasnt for a birthday or something implying it was less urgent that it arrive on the day I expected it to arrive. She also said she tried to call me but I didnt receive a call. She assured me the flowers were going out yesterday (Thursday). This was around 10am Thursday morning. I called again at 4:20pm and was told they were "on the truck for delivery" - I am shocked they didnt go out first thing that morning. Apparently the flowers were delivered about 7pm that evening. That is flat unacceptable. I know they were gone for part of the day and that might be the reason, but I dont understand that. My second issue is with the arrangement itself. I chose this arrangement specifically because of the tulips and the splashes of purple and red. I get that arrangements can vary based on product availability and what is fresh, but I would expect it to closely match what is advertised, or to receive a call if it is going to vary by much. They flowers are pretty, but I tulips are her favorite so I was disappointed again. I would like to think these are not your normal business practices, and Im all about giving a business another chance, but know that this time, the customer was definitely not satisfied.

I cant say enough about the flowers I had delivered to me by Carneys Flower shop. I was not home at the time, but the driver left me a detailed message of where they were so I knew to get them when I arrived home. The arrangement is one of the best I have ever received and the smell of the flowers is amazing. My whole dining room smells wonderful. I would highly recommend ordering from this shop and will be sure to do so myself now that I have seen what amazing flowers they deliver.

Stopped in here, last-minute to get my wife some Valentines flowers. Exorbitantly expensive and had two bouquets to choose from...both in rough shape. Not fresh at all. People were nice enough but place and like kitty litter inside of a sauna. Cant say Id ever visit again.
