HORRIBLE customer service and a poor excuse for an arrangement. Will be getting a refund! My husband ordered a dozen roses for me for Valentines Day through FTD to be delivered at my work on Feb 13th. Around 3:20 they called my husband, saying they didnt know where I was located. In the past, I have had florist call me and leave voicemails letting me know they were arriving. This did not happen with this company. After my husband had been on the phone for hours, he finally arranged for them to be delivered at our house. The vase on the arrangement was chipped. The flowers were droopy and wilted looking. The greenery around it was thrown together and over all really just sucked. Most of the roses were cut one length so I couldnt even arrange it myself. An arrangement from Kroger looks better than this. When I called I was treated with horrible customer service and unprofessionalism. I have spoken with angry customers before, and would have never acted the way that this business did. I will never ever use them again, and I dont suggest that anyone else does either!

Ordered flowers to my girlfriends work for Valentines Day with special instructions on when the flowers should be delivered. And they decide there gonna deliver them when they want and ignore the special instructions that the customer specified. They called my girlfriend 2 hours before she had to go work and told her that flowers were here waiting on her. Very unpleased with this company and will not return to them in the future.

My husband ordered an arrangement off of osterbrocks website and I couldnt have been more happy with it! Every flower was placed perfectly and the arrangement was beautiful! I stopped in to buy some outside plants and the staff was amazing. Everyone knew exactly what theyre talking about when it came to planting. I definitely recommend osterbrock for any and all of your flower needs!!!

Give your business to the local independent florist! I selected Osterbrock because they were close to St. Bernards Catholic Church, but we were thrilled with the beautiful arrangement delivered to a recent funeral on our behalf. Stunning colors, tasteful presentation, and reasonable pricing. Great Job Osterbrocks!!!

Not what was ordered. Paid for 12 roses and received 8. The arrangement was that of an amuture and the roses were already in a open droopy state.
