We just moved to Sharpsburg, GA and my boyfriend John was in Athens this week for his job. I had surgery on Wednesday and he had 2 beautiful georgous arrangements sent to me. On Thursday I felt well enough to take them and cut the stems a bit and replace with fresh water. Unfortunately several of the flowers had wilted and started to fall apart. I made the two arrangements into 4 smaller arrangement and just tossed the bad ones. I decided to call and the owner Valerie answered and I explained how beautiful they were and just let her know that several had died. She was so extremely nice and immediately said she would bring me out new flowers and was so apologetic. I explained since i made the 2 arrangements into several smaller arrangements that since she wanted to replace them just to send me one arrangement. This is the best customer service I have ever received from a flower shop. This is definately goi g to be my go to flower shop from now on. Not many people will stand behind their product the way she did. I know this as I ha e sent many flowers to my dads grave site over the years and the cemetery sends me pictures and half of the time they were nothing like the pictures and when I called they were not concerned or even bothered to make it right. I waited until one month before my wedding to find a florist and was so glad I found Bedazzled. Valerie was the most sweet, understanding, and east to work with person. She helped find things in my price range and would find cheaper, more similar looking flowers for me. She took the time to pick out flowers from her shop an show me exactly what my church arrangements, bouquet, corsages, and boutonnieres would look like. She even packaged everything into tight and safe boxes so that I could transport them myself since I had a semi-destination wedding. Seeing my flowers on my wedding day and in all the pictures made me incredibly happy that I found Bedazzled.

I called this morning to order a friend flowers and the person on the phone was so nice and assured me the bouquet would be what I wanted - I picked out a beautiful arrangement of gerber daisies called crazy in love daisies. We discussed how pretty the peach daisies were. I was excited and felt this would go well. The friend sent a picture this evening and it looks like mainly greenery with 3 daisies, a poppy or two, a hydrangea, and a rose or two. It looks ok but is not really what I wanted nor what we discussed. I dont like to order on-line so that is why I called and spoke directly with the store. Disappointed!!!!

We came in on Mothers Day hoping our local florist would be there and yes she was open!! I had a vase that I asked her do do a floral arrangement in and just told her the color of flowers I wanted for my mom. She worked up the most spectacular arrangement in a short amount of time. My mother was blown away by how gorgeous the flowers were and the wonderful variety in the vase. Thank you so much - you are a real artist at your craft!!

Ive never been disappointed by the service or flowers I order personally from Bedazzled or for our church. Even the bud vase for a new baby in the congregation today showed artistry, sensitivity, and subtle colors to complement the 4th of July weekend. Ill be going back soon to have a second look at the tree faces/masks on the walls. They definitely caught my attention as unique, and there may be one that wants to live in our yard.

Mothers Day flowers were old and didnt look fresh at all. I didnt mind that they didnt get delivered on the day before Mothers Day like I initially ordered, but they were half withered and colorless. These are grocery store flowers, definitely not worth what they charged me for them. Edit: After my original review, the owner resolved my issue. Great customer service. I wish more businesses did business like that.

Bedazzled did the flowers for my daughters wedding this past Saturday. They were absolutely beautiful!!! Everyone commented on how gorgeous they were. The staff is so friendly and easy to work with.
