The service I get at Swan has always been the best. I was out of town recently on business and when I placed the order online to have flowers delivered to my wife for our anniversary that I was missing I realized that the option to have them delivered on or before my anniversary wasnt an option because I had waited until to late to place the order. I apologized to my wife about the flowers arriving a day after our anniversary on the message you can attach to the flowers. The dedicated folks at Swan read my message after receiving the online order, changed my message to just Happy anniversary and delivered the flowers on our anniversary date. Wow! Really blew me away with that level of service. I am sure they cannot do this all the time but the fact they did shows me that this company is about more than just the dollars and cents side of running a business. They have won my business for life here in Northern Kentucky!

I ordered flowers to be sent to a funeral sight unseen. I went into the shop and just picked a random arrangement from their catalog. The girl that helped me was awesome in telling me what flowers were in season and she took me to the walk in to see some arrangements they had already made for other people. At the layout, I found the flowers I had sent and could not believe how beautiful they were. They were fresh, vibrant in color and it was very large for the price I paid. I could not be more happy with this shop and will continue to use them for many years to come!!

They are amazing!! We live out of state and I use Swan EXCLUSIVELY anytime I send a local family member flowers, order an arrangement for a funeral, or when we order an annual headstone spray. Their arrangements, whether theyre made up of real or artificial flowers, have ALWAYS exceeded my expectations. Our Family has used Swan Florists since I was very small! They ALWAYS provide beautiful flowers for whatever occasion we need! Sadly, most now are funeral flowers, but I try not to send funeral type flowers so someone can take the arrangement home and enjoy the beautiful work! My Grandfather, Mother, Father and Sister and many Cousins have ordered flowers from Swan and ALWAYS been pleased!

This place is a joke. I PRE-ORDERED a floral arrangement for a funeral and it showed up looking like something a child picked from the street. I am disgusted with this service. I have never been so embarrassed. I wish this site would allow me to post what I ordered versus what I received. I am only giving a star because its mandatory in order to post this.

I second the other reviews. If you are from out of state and looking for a florist these guys are great. I told them what the flowers were for and my budget. I didnt give them any specific flower types and they sent the perfect bouquet and were very pleasant to work with.

Found this place online. Called from Atlanta to order flowers for a funeral that I was not able to attend. Customer Service on the phone was good. My Aunt called me after the service and told me the flowers looked great. Wish everything in life was this simple !
