I was really unhappy with the arrangement sent to my mother. I ordered offline looking for something special and it was very small and did not have the same flowers as in the picture. When I called the girl was rude and said I would not get any money back when I said all I wanted was the correct arrangement sent(as I figured they sent the wrong one since I ordered a larger arrangement in completely different colors and flowers) They insisted it was right and did not do anything to fix their obvious mistake.
