My sweet husband has had the flu and happened to be home today when I got a knock at the door. It was Owens Florist, with a delivery for ME! He had ordered what he thought was a $$ beautiful large full arrangement of (PURPLE tulips) sent via Tele florist. He was very dishearten when at the door arrived an off the shelf Kroger grade arrangement of 9 short RED tulips in a vase as big as the poor flowers themselves! Seriously looks like they went to Kroger bought a sleeve of tulips and threw them in a clear class vase! Not even any filler. The deliverer was even excusing the appearance of the bouquet. Just be careful who you do your business with!

Very disappointed with the service. I trusted this so called 5 star company to provide me with a beautiful flower arrangement that contains red and pink roses. They provide me with a sorry Spring arrangement that contained some pastel purple flowers, which is not red or pink, and some other flowers. I specifically asked Carol to send me a picture and she refused as she said she was too swamped. I paid 79.00 for a piss poor arrangement that lumped flowers together. I want a refund. Additionally , they never gave me a receipt. Every year Valentines Day comes so if the rush is too much let your competitors handle the service.

I live in Ohio, but was planning my small wedding in Marietta, Georgia. I worked with Kelly completely over the telephone and through email. I never set foot in the shop. My flowers were beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Gave us a vase so we could use my bouquet as a centerpiece at our bridal table. Kelly went out of her way to make sure we were totally satisfied. Prices were reasonable compared to others in the area. Highly recommend them.

Bought flowers there about 10 times now. Always in the $40.00 range, for my wife. This is the 2nd time theyve all died within two days of purchase, even though I asked for whatever was fresh. Not going back this time.
