I come in often to browse the potted plants, usually looking for something unusual to add to my collection. Most recently I added a Hawaiian Lava plant. The staff is always quick to greet and offer answers. On occasion, the counter person doesnt have the answer but will find the answer from a more qualified member working. The prices seem fair. Not unusually high or low. In high school, this was the place to get simple, cute, or funky corsages and boutiniers (sp?). I was never disappointed. As for my wedding, I did not have flowers so Im not sure how that would rate, but Id definitely recommend going inside to see what you will get before ordering.

I specifically told them online and over the phone where I wanted my flowers delivered and they said okay no problem. Well they didnt do what I asked them to do. All I wanted was my $10.00 delivery fee back and the owner said he felt like they did there job. Well they didnt satisfy the customer and he acted like that didnt matter. He had already made his mind up before I spoke with him and that doesnt sit well with me. So I wouldnt recommend paying an outrages price for no customer satisfaction. Especially if something goes wrong and they wont make it right.

The Flowerama in Florence is absolutely fantastic! They surpass so many other florists and do truly keep the customers wishes in mind and do add the extra touch. They are kind and do all they can to make sure you receive what you want. I ordered online by the picture and when delivered the roses were even better than the picture!! Delivery was fast and accurate! Will definitely use them more!
