I had them send an arrangment to my mother for her 70th birthday and she said how nice the people were and that is was one of the nicest and freshest arrangments she has ever had! I send her florals on a regular basis and after a long list of florist I have found one that even inpresses here ! thanks to all the staff for making her day very special!

Attempted to order flowers for delivery. Placed an order and then got a call back saying they didnt have the flowers I ordered. While asking if I could get something else the lady rep responded in a bad attitude that I wasnt understanding and that they had absolutely no flowers. Very rude customer service. I wont be ordering from there again.

my mom ordered ballons for my birthday, which were super expensive and they didnt even deliver them on the right day! they were delivered 2 days before the delivery date and it was even on my delivery slip the correct day. plus they didnt even give a fair refund.
