contacted this florist two days before viewing, was told that the flowers would be there the morning of the viewing. At 6:00 p.m. on the day of the viewing they were still not at the funeral home. When I called to inquire about the problem I was given the runaround. ten different reasons why it wasnt done and that it was my problem! Never use this florist for anything!!

Because of its location, Ive used this florist on a number of occasions and the quality was good. However, after I ordered a dozen roses for Valentines Day 2011, only 11 were delivered. I find it hard to believe this was an oversight.
