If I could do 0 stars, I would. I ordered my mother in-law flowers for her birthday. I stated this is what they were for when I ordered them, and also for the note asked for them to say "Happy Birthday". I paid the extra fee for the balloon and an extra fee for chocolates. A total of $95. They sent my mother in-law Red Roses, a box of valentines chocolates, and a balloon that said "Happy Valentines Day". I was embarrassed and irritated, so I gave them a call. When the lady answers the phone-i knew fr the beginning that it was going to be a very negative interaction. She was EXTREMELY RUDE. It felt almost like it couldnt be real. The absolsute WORST service I have ever experienced. Very condescending. I explained I paid $100 for this and was very specific in my instructions, her response "well it says here $95". Really?! Never again will I order from them. The conversation was more I. Depth, but Ill spare you. No resolution or apology. So, good news, my father in law can get away without buying her Valentines Day gift, because apparently o covered that.

We made a mistake on ordering the flowers and when the shop called us for clarification, they were extremely rude, short and unprofessional. They have a very poor attitude! Worst customer service from a local shop in a very long time. I do not recommend this florist, find another.

This independently owned business has very good customer service. Made exactly how I ordered my Mothers birthday arrangement and overexceded my expectations. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. Thank you very much for your service.
