Horrible customer service. I placed an online order for same day delivery for a birthday and got an email an hour later that the delivery driver was already out delivering in the area and wouldnt be able to deliver my order that day. The email said, "Are you okay if we deliver this tomorrow?" They didnt even have the courtesy to call. I didnt even see the email until a couple hours later. Like no Im not okay with that there is a reason I wanted it delivered same day, it was for a birthday. If I wanted it delivered next day I would have chose that in the first place. It just did not seem like a big concern to them at all. Plus there was nothing on the website that stated what time same day orders needed to be placed by. Anyways I called the shop as soon as I saw the email and all I got was oh sorry there is nothing we can do, they did not seem to care at all. So I cancelled the order and will not be using this shop for future orders thats for sure.

They prepared the flowers for my nieces wedding. The flowers were not as ordered, the bouquets were to be fall flowers, and they added large white hydrangeas into the arrangement that clash horribly with the fall flowers. The boutonnieres have a single one inch flower on them, and are sized more for a toddler, rather than grown men. The flower balls (only one was ordered, they made and charged for 3) were so misshaped and had empty spots, and cannot be used they look so awful. We had to add additional flowers to the boutonnieres, however there is nothing we could do to fix the bouquets, so they will have to be used as is... The flowers are such an important part of the wedding, and to have received such horrible work and service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. The work that was done was completely unprofessional.

Ive used this florist for years and even had them do my wedding. I think their product is lovely but I have recently run into serious customer service issues with one of the owners. A few of my recent orders have been handled incorrectly and instead of apologizing for the error, she saw fit to tell me it was my error and not theirs and continued to push the issue. It is offensive to know that the florist stands behind their employees and do not have a "customer is always right" approach. They were very much in the wrong and its was extremely unprofessional of them to handle it in the way they did. I will never go back.

I ordered my flowers from Kroger for my wedding (my mom arranged them) but Kroger did not have all the flowers that I requested. The girl there recommended I go to Secret Garden to buy the additional flowers. We went there and they were very helpful. You would never know it by driving by the place, but its a wonderful little flower shop. We went into the back flower room and handpicked each stem. They had everything we wanted and more and their prices were competitive with Kroger. The staff was knowledgeable and my mom and I left there very happy.

LOVE LOVE LOVE... We used the Secret Garden for Mickis August 2nd wedding. We signed back in November and made changes along the way. Six weeks before the wedding, we added a significant amount of additional arrangements. They handled every thing friendly and professionally. When we initially visited, we didnt just see pics of what the flower arrangements would look like, we actually saw flowers put together according to our preferences. Love these guys and will use again for floral needs. I highly recommend them for your wedding events!

I came in early in the morning to get a sympathy basket for a funeral. I had ZERO experience knowing what to get or how to pick something out. The friendly staff helped me every step of the way to ensure I got the right plant and the right sympathy statement piece. They made the arrangement fit for cause by wrapping it with a white bow for no extra charge. All in all- wonderful experience, great customer service, and a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely return when I need additional floral services.

We are very pleased with The Secret Garden. We ordered flowers online for our sons anniversary, but had to postpone the order on the day it was due to be delivered when we found out he had whisked his wife off to the beach. Secret Garden held the order & delivered it when they returned. They were very courteous to work with, the arrangement was beautiful, and looked just like the picture & description, and the price was quite reasonable. We will definitely use them again.

Was looking for something special for my wife on our 20th wedding anniversary. The folks at Secret Garden came through. I placed my order over the phone last night and requested an early morning delivery today. They delivered precisely as requested and the arrangement is magnificent. My wife said it is probably the nicest arrangement shes seen. Well done. The best $89 Ive spent. Couldnt be happier. Would highly recommend.

Asked for something original for my wife who has been restricted to the bed and who used to be a florist herself. Specified a price and one of the models they have on their website as inspiration. Sort of for valentines day, and also just because. They did a spectacular job, not only with the arrangement itself but also the logistics. She was very impressed. Staff was nice, knowledgeable, competent, and friendly.

I have had nothing but great experiences with The Secret Garden. I have used them for nearly 10 years and they have ALWAYS done a great job at a great price. Ive used them to design arrangements for holidays, birthdays, funerals, just because, etc. and know multiple people who have used them for weddings. I have several relatives and friends that also swear by them. I highly recommend using them as your florist.

Janet was so helpful in making sure my daughters wedding day flowers were just what she wanted. When the flowers arrived, they were even more beautiful than we expected. They did the flowers for my daughters wedding, the arrangements and bouquets were fabulous! I had changed my mind about the type of flowers a couple of times, they were very nice and accommodating. The flowers made the wedding so pretty and were above my expectations. I had shown Janet a picture from Pinterest and they were way better than the picture! I highly recommend them for any occasion!

If I could rate a zero, I would. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They sent a Mothers Day Arrangement in a rusty old container that leaked. When I called inquiring, I was told it was ordered as Dealers Choice and unless something was wrong with the flowers, they dont have to do anything. It just seemed everyone I talked to was very, very unfriendly.
