We were sold a defective product, they wouldnt make it right, and were unwilling to help us contact someone who might. So much for "5 Star Service!" More details below: Every time we have purchased new phones we always go out of our way to go to Tricked Out because they have a wide variety of cases and options for us, but that will never be the case again. We each purchased the Samsung S8/S8+ and were excited to get a case and screen protector, so we went to see what they had available. We found phone cases that we liked and were pleased with the selections options. After picking out the phone cases we asked the sales person what was the best option for a screen protector and she convinced us to by the pricey Red Zombie tempered glass covers. We had expressed concerns about how well the protector would adhere to the screen as it has the curved edges, and she indicated that they are the best. We left the mall feeling happy about our purchase and were glad that the new phones were protected. However, this only lasted a few hours because the screen protector was crap. The screen protector only adheres around the edges of the phone and it wasnt adhering very well at all, followed by the protector pressing up and down every time we tried to type or use the phone, that is when the phone could read our interactions at all. Now that our phone became mostly unusable with "the best" protector on them, we decided we needed to go back and return them. Referring to the receipt we see the return policy on the bottom, but it appears that part of it is slightly cut off at the side but seems to still make sense to us, it reads "We gladly accept returns within 7 days of pu... Returned and exchanged products must be in n... tempered glass, screen protector film, charg... headphones, opened speakers, waterproof p... Refunds are given in the same form as pay... We strive to give 5 Star Service and would l...thoughts!" Well, today when we tried to return the products they told us they would not take them, because they are unable to resell the products. Even after we explained that the product is defective the sales associate (not the same from the previous day) told us that they would never recommend the glass screen protector for the S8 because of the curved edges. I appreciate that he says he would be more honest with the customers about the defective product we had been sold, but he kept saying it over and over again, like this somehow magically made our covers worth something. He explained the return policy and when asked to show us where on the receipt it said that he said, "Its cut off, but you can look at it on my computer screen here. " He wouldnt address the fact that the receipt didnt say we couldnt return them because thats not the way the receipt normally prints, even though the other customer in line has a receipt with the same problem. He called the manager and said that they could put the "film protector" on our phone instead, which based on previous experience with the film was an unacceptable option. His other option was to give us a USB cable, which I dont know why that was even a suggestion since I can buy that myself for $10 and the screen protectors cost $40. Since he was unable to help or offer a suitable alternative we asked for contact information for the manager, which he refused to give, or for the corporate customer service, which he told us to "Google It". We were sold a defective product, they wouldnt make it right, and were unwilling to help us contact someone who might. So much for "5 Star Service!"

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! My daughter tried to get her screen on her iphone replaced. Her phone stopped working within hours of us leaving the mall. We attempted to return and have them correct the problem 4 different times, four different trips, four different days, everytime we were told we would have to come back the next day. Finally on our 5th attempt, we asked for a refund and the Manager Deven said it was past our 7 days, it was the 8th day! The WORST customer service I have ever had from a retailer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Wish I would have listened to the other reviews!!!

Its all about the money. If your not making a worth while purchase they will send you to another kiosk and tell you they dont have stock of said item. Dont even try to warranty your screen protector here, As they will tell you they are out because they dont want to do all that work for 5$ yet its their job. Very unsatisfying experiences Ive had at this location ( Next to the food court ) Vanessa was the sales person I worked with. I wouldnt recommend working with her.

They lied to get me to buy a tempered glass screen protector. Told me that if it shattered and my phone screen underneath shattered they would replace both for free. One month later it shattered tossing my keys on it. When I took it in to be replaced they told me the manager I talked to no longer worked there and that they could not replace it for free. So I have to pay for a new screen, again. DO NOT BUY THE TEMPERED GLASS. Its not worth the money.

I was having a range of hardware issues with my new iPhone. Had to go through 3 replacements. Each time I needed to get a new screen. The manager and employees at TrickedOut Accesories in Fashion Place mall did all they could to troubleshoot my problem and make sure my screen was covered perfectly. Never had a single hassle with them which I thoroughly appreciated Considering the inconvenience of my phone situation. Thank You!!

Bought a tempered glass phone screen with a lifetime warranty. Not even two weeks later and it has several cracks and is peeling off on the bottom left edge. When I went in they said it costs $10 each time. I was told at the time of purchase that it would be free of charge. The whole reason I bought it here instead of the Verizon store is because he said it is free to replace it. Anything to get some commission right?

I was having a hard time finding a case that not only protected my phone but was sleek and comfortable. Kaylynn was determined to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I not only walked out with the coolest Spigen they had, but a temparded glass and brand new charger. I had a great experience and will continue to shop at Tricked for all of my phone accessories needs.

The customer service here was great! The salespeople are all very polite and knowledgeable of the products offered and do so without being too pushy. I was in a rush and Mathew Jensen hustled to get me out of there, without making me feel hustled. Overall I received a great customer service experience and will be definitely be back!

I went to Tricked out to get my iPhone 5 screen replaced. Got it replaced in an hour and they did a great job! My phone works great :) They were extremely nice and really cared about helping me out. You can tell that that Tyler wasnt just trying to sell you a case, he was real, honest and got exactly what I needed.
