I went in to this store to buy a samsung note 5. The guy who helped me was named Dave. He had a terrible attitude, seemed put out,and unwilling to answer questions. He was incredibly rude when my boyfriend and I inquired about my plan. More than once, he started an argument, answered our questions vaguely and with a huge attitude! The energy in the store seemed so contentious that we ended up leaving. My overall experience with T-Mobile has been pretty poor in general but after today I am considering a new service provider.

Terrible experience. Will never return. Purchased a phone and were told their receipt printers were down but was assured they could fund our transaction using our account. Needed to return the phone the next day and was told I needed a receipt because they cant find the transaction. How convenient. To boot, they wanted to charge a $50 restocking fee on a $70 phone. Ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Head to a T-Mobile corporate store and save yourself from this shoddy, independently owned franchise.

Terrible Service!! Dishonest billing!! Promises not met!! Ive tried to give this business the benefit of the doubt but after several months and repeated phone calls, stopping in at the store and emailing, Ive lost my confidence that I will be taken care of. I moved over about 30 phones to this business from AT&T, Im sure the salesperson received his commission, now Im stuck with several bills mounting over thousands of dollars from both AT&T and T-mobile. Stay away!!!

These guys were great! Quinn is very knowledgeable and took a ton of time going over several plans for a family of 5! He spent even more time helping us pick out phones and accessories! He was very happy to do so! I had heard a lot of negative about T- Mobile, I am glad we went in and now have our own personal opinion! They have proven to be just as great at every other encounter! Thanks guys!

Walked in and music so loud you cant here. Turn it down! Then workers open the back door see people waiting and close the door. 45 minutes later one comes out and goes to someone who just walked in. Then wants to shake my hand. Are you kidding. Dont go to this store as it its pathetic. Whoever owns this store should be embarrassed.

I went in to return a case that I didnt want and ask some questions about my plan. The staff was rude and acted like they didnt want to help at all. When it came to answering questions about my plan they werent helpful at all so I went to another store. I dont recommend coming to this T-mobile store, go to the one in the mall.

I went in to buy a phone. The guys there are so friendly and know what theyre talking about when it comes to phones. They answered every question i asked them and i ended up buying a phone which i love. I highly recommend this store and wont go anywhere else. Thanks for the knowledge guys.

I came in with a bill problem. I had adjusted my bill during the previous month and had issues when it switched over. All the staff were super friendly, but Jacob helped us get everything worked out as quickly as he could and was simply outstanding with his help.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. I called about a tablet to see if it was in stock. I didnt even get done asking the question, the male associate said no and hung up. I will never go to this store nor call it again. I ended up calling T-mobile Headquarters.

Today my husband and I went in to get the free phone offer from T-Mobile. Adrian waited on us, reviewed our options and helped us make a decision based on what we needed in a phone. He was pleasant, as he transferred old to new. Great service Adrian!

Go to any location but this one. The manager here is a dick and will let his employees say anything to get a high end high pressure sale. Then wont let you get anything you were told and refuses to talk to you. Worst store ever.
