The only reason Im giving this a one star is because i cant give anything lower dont believe this 5 star BS from her friends and family. If youre not Hispanic or someone she know, she wont help until she has no choice. I was having issue with my phone, i paid my bill over the phone and the money came out (i had the bank transcript to prove it) but was unable to use it at all, so I called 611 and got their automated service that kept saying that I need to pay and when I wouldnt make a second payment it wouldnt let me speak to a customer rep and hung up on me. Then called 1-888-8metro8, same thing. So the next day, with no other option, I went into the store. When my wife and I got in there she was talking to someone in english and looked at us saying that she would be right with us. Now that on its own would have been fine but then she started talking to the other "customer" in spanish. I speak spanish so what I heard was just them shooting the breeze, the other person wasnt even a customer. she made us wait about 5 min before she helped us at which point i explained what had happened. i showed her my bank records which showed the date and the transaction, she then asked for my confirmation number. i told her i still hadnt received it, to which she said that what i can do is call both of the numbers i already had. when i told her that she just looked down her nose at me and said "oh well, theres nothing i can do for you". I worked for Verizon and AT&T so i know that was bull, she didnt even try calling anyone. When I asked about the extra charge on our bill for "insurance" that we never asked for, she said that its mandatory that its on there. I know that she receives commission for each phone sale, accessory sale, and INSURANCE sale she gets. BE WARNED WHEN YOU GO IN TO THIS STORE SHE WONT EVEN ASK IF YOU WANT ANYTHING EXTRA, SHELL JUST PUT IT ON TO GET HER MONEY!

I DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS STORE.....THERE IS ONLY ONE GIRL WJO WORKS THIS STORE AND HER NAME IS LAURA. SHE IS A LIAR, AND VERY UNHELPFUL. SHE USED A WRITING PEN TO PUT THE SIM CARD IN AND SHE BROKE IT FIR USING THE WRONG TOOLS TO PUT IT TOGETHER AND NOW SHE WONT REPLACE THE DEVICE......ASKED FOR THE SUPERVISORS NAME AND NUMBER AND SHE WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME. THE SUPERVISOR THEN CALLED AND WOULDNT EVEN TALK TO ME AND ALSO SAID NO THEY WONT REPLACE IT!!!!!!! IF ANYONE THINKS ABOUT GOING TO THIS STORE, PLEASE DONT!!!! BIGGEST MISTAKE YOULL MAKE! SHE ALSO TRIES TO CHARGE FOR EVERY LITTLE THINGBSO SHE CAN POCKET YOUR MONEY! YOUR CHOICE TO GO THERE WOULD BE BAD DECISION MAKING!!!! THIS STORE SUCKS AND SO DOES THE MANAGEMENT THERE! VERY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Awful experience. The girl there is disgusting and rude. Eating and spraying food all over when she talks, touching my device with her greasy fingers, she CHARGED MY SISTER $55 when the fee was only $33 and she pocketed the rest of the money! The first time I went in she was literally farting while I was talking to her! She kept skipping through music while I was waiting on her and playing some game on her phone. This location is awful.

Majorly disappointed with the service and knowledge of the one employee who was there. She had to keep calling someone else for questions, and they spoke only in Spanish. And even after all that waiting - my problem was never resolved, not even close. She just gave me a phone number to call.

Great customer service. Laura recovered all my gmail accounts and transfered all my data, contacts, pictures and apps to my new device. Plus the store is very nice and neat with a nice processional look but she makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.
