I went into the store 2 days before Christmas to upgrade my two daughters phones as a Christmas gift. As it was a Christmas surprise, I did not have either my daughters, or their phones, with me. In every other circumstance, this would have been a deal breaker. The staff and store manager--Deion--however, patiently figured out a way to upgrade the phones despite not having the old ones in store. The store manager even drove rto a different Verizon store to get the color that was sold out at everywhere else. I was able to walk out of the store with my Christmas gifts in hand! The staffs dedication ans perseverance allowed my daughters to have a very merry Christmas!

I went to Verizon a few days ago and was helped by one of the techs after about an hour we gave up he was unable to help, we went back a few days later and Latrell helped us very quickly and he took care of all questions and problems to use one word, Latrell is awesome, in my opinion you can use him to train other techs and promotes him and give him a raise, this is the first time Ive had an opportunity to rave about one your techs, pls respond and let me know how you handle this. I have been to several Verizon stores in my life but never have been treated as well as I have at the Verizon store at Silverstone. Chetan, and Shawn were the sales reps that helped me. They are so helpful. Helped set everything up and even went out of there way to show me things that I had no idea were there. "Verizon......you need more people like these guys. They kept me as a customer that was thinking about changing cos but now I couldnt be happier. These guys Rock and again,I couldnt be happier! ?

I went in on Friday and worked with Alexis and Mike on upgrading my phone. I was nervous thinking I was going to spend hundreds of dollars for my new iPhone 7 and be there for hours . Wow was I wrong. They broke down my monthly payment (affordable and unlimited!) and even helped me pick out case thats a stand as well, all within an hour. Ill be returning to buy an IPad as well. I recommend this Scottsdale location and ask for Mike or Alexis!

Love this store and its staff! Xavier provided amazing customer service and got me my brand new phone with no trouble at all! Id recommend going here if youre thinking about switching and if you want someone who knows what theyre talking about in regards to the technology and plan info, then ask for Xavier to help you. He explained my plan and phone features very well which made me more confident to buy.

Really nice store and very helpful staff. When I came in there was only a 2 minute wait, which was great compared to the other Verizon stores in the area. I had waited for 45 minutes at the Verizon at the Promenade and still had 6 people in front of me in line. Came in here and got taken care of almost instantly.

Awesome Guy

We came in because my girlfriends phone wasnt powering on. Joe saved the day. Took care of everything and got us our way. Could not have asked for a better result. Joe made sure her phone was working properly before sending us on way. We will both be back in November for upgrades all because of you Joe. 5
