The representative here was very nice and got me set up in good time BUT the two stars was for extra charges!! I switched my phone company to MetroPCS and went in to ask about the free phone deal. The representative told me that I had to sign up for the $60 plan AND for their protection services which is an extra $6 per month. He told me after the first month, I can switch to the $30 plan but cant take off protection services. I was ok with paying the $60 since I was going to get a $30 phone and the $30 plan anyways, so its the same amount for the best phone they had plus the plan. I found out a month later, after going to another store in Ogden that this store in SLC played me!! The rep in Ogden told me that he doesnt know why I wouldve had to sign up for the $60 plan and the protection services, that in his store and even the one up the street never did anything like that! Im glad the Ogden rep was honest with me! I will never come to this store again, if I need a new phone, I would go to another place, preferably the Ogden store but I live in SLC and was only in Ogden for the day. Also, I signed up for an account online with MetroPCS to pay my bill and found out that I can take off the protection services! So yeah, definitely just straight up lied to me and made me pay an extra $36 for no reason!! That couldve been my next months payment!

WORST EMPLOYEE EVER! I went in to make a payment last week and the EMPLOYEE there was on his phone playing a video game, after 5 minutes or so he finally noticed me and asks what do I need help with, I told him I just need to pay my bill, when he leaned over to give me my change I noticed he looked weird and smelled a lot like marihuana! I was in a hurry so I took my money and left. Next day I woke up to find out my phone was off!! I called customer service from a different phone and find out I have a balance of $10 dollars because the EMPLOYEE from the day before made changes to my account! Something I didnt asked for! I went to another location and paid for it. Horrible experience! If the new guy in there is too high to work I shouldnt have to pay for it! So I went in the store yesterday and asked to get a refund since it was the guy fault! Thankfully a different employee assisted me this time!

I was there this morning and I was assisted immediately, the lady in there helped me fixe my phone and offered me a good deal on a new one! I recommend this location if you need fast, professional sevice. I can tell she knows what she is doing and cares for her customers, so far the best customer service I have received at metro.

Outstanding customer service, my gps wasnt working right and it kept freezing, so i went in and talk to the Lady in there and she fixed it, updated my phone and gave me more data for the same price! I really recommend this store, the rep was very helpful and friendly, and she even thanked us when we walked out of the store.

Very happy and satisfied with the service! The lady managing the store fixed my phone very quick, my phone didnt let me save or modify my contacts and she fix it free of charge! I recommend her to everyone if you need help or if you are looking for a good deal! She guves free case with every phone you purchase from her.
