Do not recommend this location!! Weve gone into this store and I called this store a few times to get some information. One instance We wanted to switch to tmobile from ATT and had some inquiries about pricing etc. We were blown off by a lady that worked there, telling us that there isnt a way she can price phones for us, and to just go and look online. She seemed much to interested in her co-workers than actually helping us. We did eventually make the switch at a different branch a few months after that. I called today to find out about a phone potentially being in stock and a girl named Alex blew me off telling me that I probably wont be able to find it at any store. Still didnt bother to check in their stockroom. Gave 2 stars because she at least answered the phone and at least we were told hi when we walk into the location. Love tmobile but hated each experience I had here.

Weve been with T-Mobile for a VERY long time so Ive been to a lot of different stores...my favorite BY FAR is the staff at Farmington Station. They are amazing! I purchased one of the new Note 7s...and then had to trade it in when they were catching on fire...and then trade it in again for an entirely different phone when Samsung discontinued the Note 7. Alex, Jarron and Josh were so amazing to work with. They would call me when an order would come in so I didnt drive all the way there just to find out they were out, then they would transfer everything over for me so I didnt lose anything. Seriously, you will not find a better T-Mobile around. They are great!!

Do not ever ever sign up for a T-Mobile plan. Since my initial sign up i have been told nothing but lies. I cancelled my account 3 months ago, and at the time I paid nearly $1000.00 for all of my final charges. I was told by the staff that these amount would pay the bill in full. I am STILL receiving collections letters from this company. This is a nightmare i cant wake up from. Now, ive paid $77.00 that they are telling me is really the final bill, but they wont send me a confirmation letter. If your thinking about switching over to this carrier DONT!! Turn around and run!!!

Great experience! We switched to a T-Mobile family plan with 3 Verizon and 2 Tracphone plans. This was complicated spaghetti, and the guys in the store did it fast and friendly. It even was a joyful experience for my elderly parents who are switching to a smart phone for the first time. The staff was continuously offering assistance with making them familiar and comfortable. Thanks guys!

Worst customer service of any tmobile store Ive ever been to. Bar none. I have been lied to here and had multiple bad experiences. They usually have what I want so thats the reason for the 2 stars but if not it would be a 1 or none. Manager tells you what you want to hear just to sell you on extra accessories that he knows dosent work just to boost his commission. Terrible sales team.

These guys have been very helpful every time Ive gone in. They are great at giving you information about phones and information about plans. They are helpful when you need to make a change or when you want to get phones. This is one of the best t-mobile stores Ive been in.

This is an official T-Mobile affiliate location. The staff here are well trained and knowledgeable. If you ever have problems or need help come to them. They will solve any issues. Dont call T mobile dont go to Kaysville, come here!
