Do not go the this store. They will tell you anything and any lie in order to sell a phone or service. My first experience is that I went there they made me add a line into my account so that my bill will be $164. However at the end of the month a got a bill of $193 instead. I called the store manager he said there is a mistake and he will fix it. Unfortunately it keeps going like that and I have to call customer service every month. The second one is that they told me that if I authorize auto payment I will get $20 credit in every bill cycle. After one month passed I have called them and they said it will be available after 2 months of auto payment and I will see it on my bill. In other words my bill should go $20 lower every month. But nope same thing. It never happened. I called the customer service and they told me that I have a different plan that is why I am not eligible for the credit for auto payment. Basically the guy (see his name on the card) lied to me. To sum up, I would not recommend you going that store. They hire unqualified people to work there and that is why they keep changing. I will tell you something without being aware of their own policy.

I lost my phone and got a replacement phone from this store. I found it odd that it already had numbers on it, but what did I care, I just deleted them. As luck would have it, I found my old phone an hour later and took back the "new" phone for a refund. They refused. They said To-Go phones were non-refundable. This wasnt posted anywhere. T-mobile customer service couldnt help. The manager refused to listen. I was sold a used phone, and told I couldnt get a refund 2 hours after purchase... because it was used. I have At&t now (who also sucks and cant keep a signal) - but at least they arent T-Mobile.

I like this T*mobile store, sometimes crowded since its on a College campus. However, with being on a school campus they usually have the newest items for phones and sales. I like the team here as well, they have good young reps who work their that use the products you buy, so they know 1st hand whats the best items to purchase. Shout out to Blake and Ryan for helping my wife troubleshoot her phone and having a major sale. Only downside, the store doesnt have its own parking lot. So, on the street with a meter or parking garage thats a block away.

bought BB 8900 requested insurance to be added to the account. Went to the lake four days later and lost phone came back to make a claim found out that insurance was not added returned back to store TT Amber she added insurance but claim was declined due to lost was prior to adding insurance. She contacted Teen Modile HQ for assistance explained that they had dropped the ball and got them to send a new phone out @ the warranty replacement charge. She was great must see for any phone needs!!!!!!!!!

I dont know who will see this, but, please, dont go to this place. If you find something wrong and you want them to fix it, they will say, OK, OK, and then one of them make a call, and tell you it fill be fixed in this week. After a week, nothing happens. The second time they will tell you it will be fixed in 3 days. And after a week still nothing happens. The third time will be 24 hours. Still nothing happens. But whatever, If you want to find trouble, this must be the best place.

Warning! This is not an authorized T-mobile dealer and they are ripoffs. My son purchased a phone there and within an hour realized he couldnt afford it and tried to return the phone. The store refused even though T-Mobile policy at authorized stores would accept the return. Stay away from this place. The overcharge for everything. They are rude and preying on college students.

This is not a real T-Mobile store. They just have the sign. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Please check actual prices at a real T-Mobile store or online. This store charges nearly twice as much but with greater hassle and generic or knock off products, poor policies and two faced service. They have numerous reports with the Better Business Beauru. Dont be tricked.

These guys are consistent scammers! I went to this store twice and each time they added features without out knowledge or consent! I work for a Tmobile retailer so I check my account everytime I make changes. I twice saw features that we had never asked for! Also these guys do not have their own parking lot so my car got towed!

I have left T-mobile set up from this store about 3-4 years ago. After 4 years, I still get charge from them. I dont even know why I get charged, or when. They cant find out, they cant access to my account because they didnt set it up right. Now my credit score get screwed up by them. Feels terrible!!!!!!!!!!

I was told that 2.5 GB data service was mandatory when adding a new line. But its a lie! And when I was adding more lines, they said nothing about billing cycle, as a result, I paid for another month. Dishonest sales representative. Very bad experience. Never go there!

I am also an international student. The sales representatives have misdirected us on more than one occasion. I was told that the plan they offered me included 2 GB of data with it which I later found out was a lie. T-Mobile is one of my worst experiences in US.

All I wanted was the cheapest prepaid SIM card they offered, and they said $40 was the lowest price they could do. I went online and bought what I was looking for for $10. An extra start for being nice, though.
