I had a very poor experience going to this place with my liquid damaged macbook pro. They said they would clean the spills and if it works, then they would charge $150 + taxes, and if it doesnt work, then they wouldnt charge anything. After 48 hours I got a text to go pickup my laptop. The computer seemed to work when plugged in at their location, but the tech said the battery was damaged and the computer should work when plugged in. So I took it back to my office and tried to start my computer plugged in, but it wont turn on. I tried different outlets and it still wont work. So I brought the laptop back to the store within 30 minutes, and it didnt work there initially. SO the tech took it inside and "wiggled" with it for about 15 min and brought it back and said it works fine now. I did continue to test the laptop for about 5 min at their location, and it worked like they said. But when I took it back to my office, it wont turn on again! I gave the benefit of the doubt to these people and tried to "wiggle" my charger for about 2 hours and tried four complete different plugin points in my office building (which is ASU campus btw) and also at my home, and it wont turn on. SO I call them back and tell this, they were like it worked "fine" here, and hence at this point we wont refund you! Seriously? I mean do they expect me to work sitting at their location? The reason they gave for this was that the plugin outlet I tried is different from what they tested! How is that even possible? FYI, I took my laptop to the apple store (which I should have done in the first place!) and it did not even turn on at there store!! Very disappointing customer service.. I just donated $150+taxes to this location for a frustrating experience. I would not recommend going to this place to anyone!

I came in less than three weeks ago when I finally got tired of my cracked iPhone screen that Ive had for years. I was really impressed with the staff member who helped me, the turn around time, and the quality of the screen replacement. Or so I thought. Yesterday I lightly picked up my phone and watched a hairline pressure crack spread across the screen. I have dropped my phone with its original Apple screen down stairs without a crack. I thought it was very suspicious that I have owned an iPhone for 8 years and have never experienced a pressure crack like this with the original screen, nor have I heard of anyone who has. I returned to uBreakiFix with the hopes that this could be fixed under the 90 day warranty. The associate at the counter (red/blonde hair, long beard) was incredibly rude and was quick to make excuses for the crack. He was sure to provide me with plenty of potential scenarios where I could have caused the crack. After doing more research I found that this kind of crack is common with uBreakiFix customers and is caused by the low quality material that the company uses. I do take blame for not doing this research ahead of time, but I am disappointed with how little personal responsibility uBreakiFix takes for their faulty products. This kind of damage would be covered under Apple warranty and it should be covered under uBreakIFIx warranty as well. If you are thinking of coming here for a screen replacement, dont. Their prices arent low enough to warrant the risk. Just spend the additional $10- $15 and get your screen replaced with Apple or shell out the extra cash for a tempered glass screen.

I had my screen replace and it was not well done. First of all i provided the screen and tools required for replacement. Second, none of the tools were used, they were still in the original plastic packaging when i picked up phone. Third, the screen is loose, so loose it moves with every touch. In fact i could simply pry the screen off with my bare fingers now. Fourth, the brand new digitizer was bent during install so there is a clear bright spot on the screen. Fifth, this is the most import issue and why im sending this email, many of the devices sensors malfunction often and freeze which ruins the experience of the phone, and this is a 64 bit octa-core processor and now which the larger core 2 out of the four simply remain offline regardless of the performance setting. This is unbelievable, i entrusted my phone to your technicians thinking that your experience would see to it the replacement would be done carefully and correctly with high attention to detail. It was this reasoning in the first place i would pay the high price of $50 and hand over my most precious phone. If i would have considered the risk and foreseen the negligence to my phone by the technicians, i would have never brought my phone here. Basically i payed $50 to have my expensive phone damage. This is a ironic reversal of roles on your business name, where igiveumyphone2break. I should have used better judgment and never step foot in your shop. I truely could have repaired this myself. This the most unbeleiveable experience that has ever happened directly to me, im almost in denial of the events.

Terrible. I brought my MacBook in because the fan was making a sound and I told them I though that was the issue when I got there. I get a call after the diagnosis that my hard drive needs to be replaced, so I trust them because they are "professionals". $160 (and at this point 4 Ubers) later I bring it home, turn it on and the fan continues to make a sound. So I bring it back AGAIN and the guy has nothing to say but "oh... Yeah I guess I was wrong. It was the fan like you said." Then when I ask him how much it will cost for the ACTUAL repair for the fan he has the AUDACITY to try and gouge me on the price at $100 for a fan that costs $30. Even after I call him out on it and after he tried to charge me $160 to NOT solve the issue not to mention the transportation costs. So I fixed it on my own and lost about $30 in uber costs directly due to their incompetence. I never plan to return here and I suggest for people considering electronic repairs to: GO. LITERALLY. ANYWHERE. BUT. HERE.

I went in this past Tuesday with my T-Mobile note 3 that needed the glass and the LCD replaced. Ive NEVER been to this business before nor any like it. Ive always taken great care of my smartphones. A friends child threw a rock hitting my phone hence the need for the replacement. The guy at the store told me that they would have to order the specific part for my phone since the one they had in stock was for the AT&T version only. He told me 3-4 business days so my plan was to go in Saturday morning to get it fixed. I just called the store and some other employee told me that no part was ordered for my phone and that I had to have either left my phone with them as collateral or pay half of the $300 service fee up-front. I would have gladly put half down when I went in on Tuesday but I was NEVER TOLD that I had to do one or the other. WTF?!?! I didnt realize that it was my responsibility to know their rules!!
