If I could give negative stars I would. I bought a new phone about a week ago to replace my current model that was failing to work correctly. They first were not educated about there phones and features they had to go online like i could have done at home just to tell me the basic features. Second they didnt give a pleasant experience while I was in store it felt like I was rushed through the purchase and I should have been priority since I was the only customer. Next they promise you a sale price on accessories and still charge you full price as well as add phone insurance after you telling them how much you did not want it. When confronted about the issues after threatening to return everything they said fine just bring it all back. I then explained i just want the money i was overcharged for back. Supposedly he was going to do this but no refund or credit to my account has been made. So in short they dont know what they have, push people through so they dont see the extra charges they made, would rather cancel an entire sale than work with the problem at hand, and finally agree to give account credit and after a week still not done it. I strongly suggest using a different cricket store.
