I went there to check out one of the trick new phones. i was a at a verizon store previously and was told the only way to learn how to use the apps on a new phone was to go online which I did not know how so didnt bother. At Go Wireless the rep took the time to show me all the features on his phone . I was impressed. he then said if I got one I could come back when they were not so busy and he would show me even more cool features. when I came back I had my wife and kids and they had lots of problems and questions that we were unable to get any help at other stores with. They fixed everything and educated me on how to do more with my phone than I ever thought possible. My family and I say GO WIRELESS ROCKS.

Esmi and her staff were great! I had to bring my 2 year old with me to upgrade my phone. Anyone who has shopped with a toddler knows it can be quite challenging at times no matter how you try to prepare. Well he started to get a little bored. Esmi had a tiny football in her drawer and pulled it out for my son to play with. Then the other two employees were throwing the ball with him and my son loved it. She ended up giving my son her football because he liked it so much. I thought that was so sweet. Great customer service! Esmi also hooked me up with a great deal too. Thank you for the great experience.

My husband and I went in this store to upgrade my daughters phone. To my surprise the customer service was excellent, we even upgraded my husband phone. Rene was the young man that helped us and he is an awesome employee. He answered all our questions and was very patient. He had customers coming in and out and I was astonished that he knew all the customers by name. He was the only one working at the time and he took care of all the customers in a timely manner without making anyone feel unattended. Bravo to this employee for making our experience wonderful. We need more workers like this young man!!

Got into the store and there was 1 other customer and a few employees and so I am thinking we will be in and out of there quick. But all the employees are only helping one person and completely ignore me. Once I tried to get help then they told me they would be right with me. A half an hour later I just walked out because they were all still helping the one person and went to a real Verizon store. Where I was told there is FOUR people ahead of me and only a TEN minute wait. Will never return to this go wireless store.

Based on the poor reviews of other Verizon stores closer to home, I drove the few extra miles to this store and it was worth it! Waited a few minutes for my turn but was greeted immediately. The process of ordering a new phone was easy and I felt like everything was explained to me so I knew my options. Will be back to this location next time I need assistance with anything regarding my Verizon account.

Ive been a verizon customer for over 10 years and have had bad experiences at several locations with customer service. The store managers name is Kareisi Bojorquez, she is an exceptional manager and was very accomodating to my situation. Best customer service I have recieved yet from verizon over the last decade! If Youre in the area and are in need of assistance stop here, you wont regret it.

Fantastic experience!!! I needed an Android phone and high speed service for running a complex app for work. Jaime listened and provided excellent recomendations that would fulfill all aspects of my needs at an affordable price. He was very professional. Nicole also helped to explain certain things. Excellent I was having trouble activating my phone. Stopped in, no time flat Im up and going. Jamie was a great help getting my phone going, the deal he offered on the tablet was too good to pass up, so I purchased that as well. Great store and staff. Thanks for all the help.

Today I went to get a new phone and was welcomed by Esmi and taylor. Both were very friendly and helpful through the whole process. They set me up with the new phone and a new tablet. I will only go to this Verizon from now on. Look forward to seeing them again!
