Came to this store 30 min before closing and was able to get and activate a new phone line! The rep was super nice and very patient. He got us taken care of right away! I came to this store because the one off of Riverdale/Washington was out of stock of a certain phone. I wouldnt hesitate to come to this store or the other one! I much prefer it after I had a bad experience at a store in SLC where that store made me pay for a monthly plan I didnt want and extra service, lying to me by saying that I HAD to if I wanted the free phone. This was not the case after I talked to the store thats off of Riverdale/Washington. And the rep at this store did not try to feed me that bs either when I was trying to sign my mom up on this network! So I highly recommend this store and the other one down the street. I dont know if they have different reps during the days on different days though. So I cant say for their service, but the ones I had to deal with were awesome.

I am very disappointed with the customer service in this store, I am very disappointed with the sales policies they have in that store. I am so disappointed that the best thing is to change the phone company. I would have liked to talk to the store manager to solve my problem or at least have a reasonable explanation. Buying a cell phone in this store was a very bad experience for me. However, we all have different expectations.

a sign was on the door saying back in 30 minutes. waited for over 2 hours and noone returned. Met a couple who said they have been making trios over the past 4 hours to see if they were opened as yet. I really wanted to give 0 stars.
