Last week my Sony Xperia Z3 fell out of my pocket when I was sitting in my office chair...all of about 18" onto carpet while in a case. I picked it up and to my surprise and dismay, the screen was cracked. I could live with a cracked screen but the digitizer also got borked and the top half of the screen stopped responding to touches. Boo on Sony for making such a weak device. Tekkers cell phone repair to the rescue! I called them Monday and they didnt have the part for the Sony (makes sense, its not a hugely popular phone) but they ordered it right away. It arrived today and I drove down to their shop to have the repair done. It was a pretty long drive for me so I told them Id just wait while they repaired it. An hour later I have a phone that looks, feels and works like brand new. The shop is a little dingy, but I suspect they dont expect most people to just stick around while they do their work. The guy who helped me (one of the two owners) was as nice and courteous as he could be. He was very patient with me after fixing the phone while I made sure everything worked (calls, texts, all areas of the screen responding to touches etc). Ive only ever had one other experience at a cell phone repair place and it was abysmal. I was therefore pretty reluctant to try again but Im more than glad that I did. Id recommend this shop to anyone needing to get their phone fixed. Great service, good price ($115), and super cool people.

My phone got water damaged from juice being nocked over onto it. I tried cleaning it out, drying it off, putting it in rice. But all I could get was a sound when I plugged it into my computer at home. When I went in and explained that I wanted to try and recovered the pictures on my phone, I was told that theres really nothing they can do with water damage and Ill probably need a new phone. I explained that I only cared about the pictures and recovering them, not about getting the phone operable again. I was told I would be better off trying to do so on my own because theres not really anything they could do for me. I dont have the time or tech skills to spend trying it on my own, which is why I went to tekkers in the first place. Got it fixed fast someplace else. Had another phone that had an simple issue. Once again went to trekkers because its close by but they couldnt help me. Taking my phone somewhere else again. I honestly have no idea how these guys stay on business constantly turning customers away.

I had my Samsung Galaxy S5s screen get shattered and brought it in to these guys. I chose these guys based on the reviews and can say with complete honesty that they did not disappoint. They told me over the phone that since its a complicated repair, due to the construction style of the phone that it would be best to drop it off in the morning, and so thats what I did. Dropped it off in the morning, went to work, and called them as I got off work at 5:00. They said they just finished and so I swung by. They quoted me 138 bucks over the phone and thats what I paid. Picked up the phone and by the quality of their handiwork, you cant even tell something had happened to the screen. Thanks Tekkers.

I took my phone in after I had shattered my screen. They fixed it in 15 minute. A few weeks later I dropped it in the toilet I thought it was done for. I put it is rice like everyone tells you to do. Still wasnt working. So I called them and asked if they could do anything. They said that they would try and open it up and see what they could do for it. But that it was a long shot. The next day they called me and said it needed a new battery but that it was working. I am so grateful that they were able to work on it and get it working. I definitely recommend this place. And have sent friends already.

About 2 weeks ago I had my rear facing camera on my s7 "fixed" at this store. I didnt give it 1 star because I checked the camera before I left and it seemed fine. However I found out when I went to post an ad that my phone can no longer take close up shots. It wont focus in anymore up close, which has also rendered my Barcode and qr code reader useless on my phone. My screen also randomly jitters and sticks now. I feel like I should have paid the extra 30$ and just sent my phone to samsung for a week. They were extremely friendly and I Have zero issues with the husband/wife staff.

My iPhone 5s screen was completely shattered and I didnt want to pay to have Apple replace it. Im so glad I found out about these guys, they had me in and out in 10 minutes and did great work. The new screen fit perfectly and had no negative effects on the performance of the phone. The guys here know what theyre doing and have made a friendly environment with affordable, quick service. Ill happily give them my business in the future.

I went in there to see how much they would charge to get my iPhone 6+ screen fixed, she asked for my phone to look at it to give me an estimate but the price ended up being super expensive, so I asked for my phone back to find somewhere else to get my phone fixed, and as she went to hand me my phone she drops it and breaks the screen even more! Dont waste your time here. I got better service and a better deal at Tech M.D. !

Tekkers fixed my phone so quick. I loved how I contacted them through their twitter and they followed up with me the two days they were working on it without having me contact them first. They were also very patient with my la k of phone knowledge. I had a fantastic experience with each of the workers I talked to. I would recommend Tekkers before any other business.

Best service in town. Fast screen repair, friendly technicians, and fair price. They also open early in morning and answer their phone. (I went to CPR and the sign said they opened at 10a.m.. I got there at 10:10 a.m. and the store wasnt even opened. CPR also never responded to my email inquiry for an estimate on how much repairs cost.)

When I first walked into tekkers I didnt know what to expect but something in my gut said to give them a chance and I did little did I know they had my phone ready the next day very fast service no 2-3 week wait to get the phone repaired but overall thank you tekkers for fixing my S6 probably wouldnt have it still if it werent for you 5*

This place is just awesome. Flat out best cell phone repair shop in SLC, went to others and walked out furious from bad customer service and unreal pricing. The guy Ryan here really deserves a gold star for going above and beyond to help me fix my phone after I botched a repair myself. They earned a customer for life. A+++
