My iPhone was having problems (not caused by me) they sent me a replacement phone free because I pay for the warranty. This replacement phone has SO many glitches and constantly is having the no service malfunction where I have to reset the network settings to get it to work again but now it wont obtain service what so ever!!! I came into this Verizon store to get yet again a replacement iPhone. Lets put it this way my brother died three days ago and the semester started today, I DO NOT have time to have a phone that has no service and isnt working all because Verizon sent me a piece of crap refurbished phone!!!! I get here and it is a 45 minute wait and I had class in one hour. Once they got around to me which was shortly after 45 minutes and ONLY because a very generous gentleman gave me his spot in line because once it had been 45 minutes there was actually still FOUR people in front of me. They replaced my SIM card and told me that should fix it, lo and behold it didnt and I am back there 3 1/2 hours later. They could not even give me a replacement phone there in the store today which meant I have to wait for a freaking phone in the mail, in the mean time making it extremely difficult AKA impossible to make funeral plans and arrangements with family members and friends. You can burn in you know where Verizon.

Great customer service!! This store is typically busy, if you dont get there early plan on waiting. I have been with Verizon 10+ years, in my opinion best cell phone coverage and quality. Downside, is slightly more expensive. My Droid Maxx was with me for 2 years, great phone. Phone broke. Went into Verizon on Monday morning and met Justin Parker. Great sales representative. Answered all my questions. Ended up with the new Droid Turbo 2. Another great phone AND we were able to lower my bill. What more can you ask for!!! New phone, lower bill, great coverage with quality. And then this morning received a text from the general manager thanking me for my business, first time this has happened. Thanks Verizon

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! The workers are horrible. Dont know their stuff. And they always seemed bothered to help you. While I was there they were complaining about all the people that were in the store. Saying they were stupid and that they should go deal with it somewhere else. With my service. They helped me change my account. But... when they did so, they dropped 3 gigs of data that I currently had. Leaving me with 3 gigs out of the 6 that I had. Ive already used 5.6 gigs. Meaning that Im gonna have to pay the 2.6 gigs out of my pocket. They are unwilling to help me with the issue they cause as well... DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE... go to any other. The people are way nicer at any of the the other verizon stores

If I could give this no stars I would. I went in yesterday because my phone was locked up and I try to get it fixed. Talk to one person and they couldnt do anything besides give me the number to call. What good is that when your phone is locked. Then I stepped out for a min came back in and stood there as I watched 3 employees doing noting. Or wait 2 of them were bullshiting with each other and watching videos on there phones. Then 10 mins later one of the guys notice me and asked me if I have been helped and I replied oh I dont know if I should did the other 2 guys watch there video. Just get rid of some workers. I was the guy in the bright green shirts that said (Work Hard Play Hard) about 6:15pm Saturday evening

I was putting off going to get our basic phone replaced. Every time I walk into a cell phone store the sales rep pushes for smartphone this and smartphone that. I know what I want and its not a smartphone. Every time except this time. The sales rep Lacey greeted us as we came in the door and when I explained we wanted a slider or flip phone she didnt try to shove a smartphone down my throat. We were able to place an order to get our current phone replaced in almost no time flat. As a consumer I weigh the pros and cons of purchases every single day. When I go out to buy, it is because I already know what I need. It was extremely refreshing to be respected enough to accept my decision. Thank you, Lacey.

We had a horrible customer service experience at this store. They accused my nephew of putting his SIM card in a tablet and said that was the source for our account being inaccurate. My nephew does not have a tablet. I do not feel that the manager or the person who was assigned to help us knew what they were doing. I have the names of these individuals and will be supplying them to Verizon. They may need more training. We will be attempting to resolve our Verizon issues through another Verizon resource. We have been Verizon customers for over ten years.

We preordered the iPhone 7 for my wife and they shipped the phone to my apartment without the apartment number. It turned into a whole ordeal and we had to go back to the store several times. Finally we had to purchase the iPhone again, and they werent going to give us the promotion we had originally been eligible for. So we had to call Corporate and they have since straightened it all out. Some of the sales reps are great at this store, others not so much.

My experience with the Verizon store has always been good. They are a funny bunch I would say, it seems like they like to have fun with their job, which I really like. They are light and make jokes and just have fun with it. The associate who helped me, went over backwards to help me get stuff set up. He did it very quickly and I was out of there fast. It was very nice. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything I didnt want to, he just gave me some options.
