I wish I could leave a worse rating. I have gone here twice and I will never go again. The first time I took my phone in to have the screen replaced everything seemed great. we were told it would be finished no later than 7 pm. If it was ready earlier they would give us a call. They never called even though my phone came back much earlier. They had misquoted us because they didnt know the digitizer would need to be replaced too. to make it worse we had to bring my phone BACK in because it wasnt working correctly (faulty glass or digitizer). We chalked this all up to "things happen" especially since they were nice enough to discount the additional piece for us. So when I broke my screen again we decided to give them another shot. I took my phone in to be fixed and again I was told 7pm if earlier than that, they would call.... no call. went back in at 7. and the screen was lifting out of my phone. The person that was there called the manger and then told us that the manager didnt look at the phone when he picked it up earlier that day. they kept my phone over night so it didnt get damaged in my care, until they could fix it again the next day. We were told that the manager would be looking at it in the morning, then calling to let us know what was going on. This is also when we were told that a 3rd party does their LG repairs and they can only do Samsung and iPhone repairs. (the previous time, we had been told they had a guy that bounced around between a couple locations to do their phone repairs.) day 2. NO CALL my husband called to see what was going on about 3 hrs after opening. He was told the entire screen would need to be replaced. and it would be a few hours. Wed get a call when it was done. We never got a call. Showed up to pick up my phone at 7. This is when the manager told us that while trying to make sure the screen wasnt lifting out again this time. he broke the screen. It was there last one and wed need to come back in the next day to get it fixed. we told him we couldnt come back in until my husbands next day off. Thankfully my phone was at least working still, so we took it home with us. Day 3: we took my phone back in AGAIN. Person at the counter said the manager told them nothing about us coming in that day. couldnt get a hold of the manager but took my phone and my husbands info down anyways. We were told it would be ready by 7 again. we showed up 6:45 and were told the manager was on his way back from Layton as of 2 minutes ago, with my phone. We waited ... and waited. At one point about 40 minutes in, my husband was told that "it was taking longer than expected" but "hes on the freeway and should be here any second" about 10 minutes after that he finally walked through the door with my phone. Thankfully they at least gave us a discount. but after all the headache I dont feel their 17% off quite made up for my wasted time and gas. I will not go back. Id rather have someone else take my phone for a few days and get it right the first time.

I have been coming here for years, even when the flimsy screen protectors were the only option. Sometimes theyd bubble up a little and I could bring them back in but that was over the course of years. Either way they took care of me each time. Since I have gotten the tempered class Ive never had a problem. Theyve never lifted and have protected my screen from 6 foot drops, being slammed in my car door, etc. The customer service is impeccable and theyre always friendly which keeps me coming back. We recently brought my moms phone in that was just equipped with tempered glass a couple weeks ago. It appears to have some impact damage but she doesnt remember anything happening to it. Her phone was taken care of with new glass w/in five minutes and we were on our way. Thanks Tricked Out Accessories!!

Be sure and check your product before paying for it they installed a screen protector that was too small for the phone apparently its 1 size fits all for iphone it was very ugly fit i was very Dissatisfied i told the employees that I didnt like it at all before i left the kiosk and they said all sales are final they wouldnt let me see the phone before i payed if not i would have not payed for it i payed for something I absolutely didnt like i asked for their managers phone number and they refused to give me the number More or less you have no rights as a consumer they dont care if you like it or not and they dont explain any of their policies before charging you BE AWARE THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR YOUR MONEY

Been going to these guys for years. Made the mistake of buying a glass screen protector for my girlfriends iPhone from the Verizon store we bought it from after they told us they would warranty it for free if it cracked just to be told they changed store policy and you had to go to a third party website to get a new screen. We walked right around the corner to Tricked Out because I have had good experiences with them before. I ended up buying 2 screen protectors, one for my girlfriends iPhone and one for my V10. Also bought new cases for each phone. I guess tha verizon store would rather me spend $120+ somewhere else. Thanks again Tricked Out. You have a customer for life.

I wanted to use the cut-out screen protector service as there arent any protectors I could buy locally for my device. The person at the kiosk told me it wouldnt be a problem, picked up my device, and began rubbing her thumb across the screen. She didnt mention the cost until I asked, and told me it would be about 5 times as much as I could have ordered online. I then watched as she eyeballed a protector for another customer, which turned out pretty awful. After declining the service and returning home to clean off the thumb-smudges, I noticed my screen had been scratched.

This store and kiosk if filled with know nothing teens who dont give a crap about their job. I had tempered glass put on my phone and a fews day later it started to lift!! It was still in the 7 days where they could replace it due to them being lazy and not putting it on right. But no I show up and the guy was too busy socializing with his friend than he was to help the customer with the effed up screen! DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Unless you like your film or tempered glass to be put on crooked. Waste of $45!!

Would not recommend going to this location. Very rude not willing to help. They put a glad protector on two of my phones at the same time. They are the same phones also. One is fine the other is lifting on all sides. He told me its just the way it is. Did not listen to anything i was saying. He said it wouldnt affect my phone. But it is. The touch dont work on the sides most the time and it is catching. Ive only had it 4 days!
