I came in for a camera battery charger today, and experienced amazing service. First, I should point out that I used to be a camera salesman, and Im aware of the flimsy, terrible universal chargers that are on the market. They are designed to work with 17 different batteries and usually end up not working for any of them. However, the man who helped me opened the package and tested the charger for me. When it didnt work properly(which I expected), he proceeded to FIX it. It took a while, but it was fascinating to watch, like observing someone whos an expert at something that I view as all but magic. He fixed it and gave me a much better price than I could get anywhere else. I never knew a trip to a battery store could be so rewarding.

I am 10000% pleased with this location. Customer service amazing by phone and when I walked in. I shattered my phone screen and Max told me to stop by and he will fix it. It took him less then 15 minutes to fix my phone, he added a new glass screen cover, cleaned my phone and called me to come pick it up. He was very friendly, professional, and quick. He also helped me save some money with a coupon which was awesome and the prices were very fair. I would spend $100 again and again with customer service I received. Thank you Max and thank you Betteries Plus for using your best judgment on hiring employees such as him!

If I could give the store more stars I would!! Customer service amazing on the phone so welcoming when you walk in. It smells absolutely beautiful in there. Max helped me with my phone. He was phenomenal and super quick to change my shattered screen on my iPhone 6. He was very friendly and professional and help me in every way possible. Thank you Max!!!!! That savings coupon will definitely go towards daycare!!

I ordered some batteries and there was only Duracell brand listed online; however, I got a call that they didnt have that brand and the one they did have was more expensive. It doesnt seem that the inventory correctly matches what they have listed online. Fortunately, when I arrived the clerk was kind enough to give me the new item for the original price I paid for the Duracell brand.

Stopped by 40 minutes before they close to have a battery changed on my Lincoln. Apparently its a fairly complex set up for the battery. Travis was an absolute Rockstar he was there two hours past close to get me taken care of and he didnt give up. I cant enough great things about how happy I am that he didnt give up and leave me stranded.

Great little store for when you have no idea where to find a battery for whatever. The employees are friendly and know what their talking about. I walked in with my tuner, showed it to the guy who grabbed something off the shelf, popped it in, and charged me $4.99. Fast and efficienct!
