RUN AWAY! If you dont want to be cheated and "misunderstood". I came here because it was the closest place. I talked to Josep and told him that I needed to save money by removing texting and data from the phone because I was going through a divorce and the ex wife got her own plan. Some how he took what I was saying as "I wanted an upgrade." He put an iPhone data plan on it when all I had was my Atrix2 and a sim card sitting in my wallet. My next bill was $3 cheaper and so I believed that it was just bad timing. But my next bill reflected the exact same price as my normal payments and then I discovered what the b-stard did. He wouldnt do anything to fix my bill other than the next one will reflect the change. And then he tries to make a deal with me by saying that when I come in next time hell discount a tablet And toss in an Atrix3 for free. Hell no! I refuse to bring my business back to him. He screwed me once, I wont let him do it again.

Poor service. I was waiting in line and the lady ahead of me couldnt have her problem fix because, "it has to be done at a corporate store". My SIM card needed to be replaced because AT&T accidentally cancelled my phone line last night. The young man told me, "sorry we cant help you, you need to go to a corporate store". Whats the point of having authorized retailer if they cant help you with anything more than sales? So, if you need a phone, they are authorized to sell it to you. Need something fixed, go elsewhere. Oh and the employee should be wearing something other than a sweater and should have a nametag, the two customers in the place thought I worked for AT&T.

Worst customer service ever. Came in to get a new phone. When we walked in the associate was very unenthused about helping us. We looked around until we found the phone that we wanted. When we found it we tried getting the guy to come over and help us. It was like pulling teeth. I dont know why it was so hard for him to understand that we wanted a new phone. Finally he got the point and went to the back of the store assuming he was going to grab the phone. Another customer comes in and he decides to drop us and help this customer first. We are sitting around for about 15 minutes and finally decide to give up and go to another at&t store. Worst service ever.

My Father and I were at your store yesterday 08-04-15 at approx. 1:00 PM. I just want to say the two employees working were fantastic, even though we did not make a purchase, they were so helpful. My father who is 88 years old fell, and your male employee helped me get him up off the floor, and even rendered some first aid. They were both so helpful and concerned about my father. Shame on me for not getting their names. I hope you commend them on a job well done!
